Pathetic customer service from the company.
I made payment approx 5 days back for the service.
After that "busuu" themselves sent me the receipt and its showing on my credit card statement as well, but till date no service.
No one is responding properly, I have mailed multiple times with the 1) transacton id 2) reciept and all information they asked me as a proof. I also tried to connect on linkedin, instagram, twitter and even facebook. But no one is listening.
I am seeing so many people raising concerns about such unethical practices from busuu on all social media platform. And seems like these guys are doing it intentionally. They have all my information on emails. But no one is responding.
Please assist before I start legal remedies. Its not about 50 dollars but it is about mental harassment.
