Disappointing Experience, Better Alternatives Available
After attempting to use BuyCrash for accessing my accident report, I was met with frustration and confusion. The process of signing up without committing to a monthly account designed for businesses was convoluted and impractical. The lack of a one-time use option made it impossible for me to proceed. Ultimately, I found the platform unhelpful and decided to seek assistance elsewhere. My experience left me feeling let down and dissatisfied with the service provided by BuyCrash.
This should be public information, or at least it should be available to the involved parties
Just another money grab. It takes advantage of people/companies who must have the report to file an insurance claim.
So far I've found it useless
So far I've found it useless. Insurance is waiting to handle the claim, but because I get get the report yet, were having problems. It would be much easier to go by the station to get it. Really putting us in a bind. Not happy at all.

This website can be very helpful for finding police
This website can be very helpful for finding police reports. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I know that some other people in my office have had some issues with the site. The site would definitely be improved if there were even more search options.
I love this company
Buycrash is the easiest way to obtain accident reports, especially when you have to pull 3 to 4 a week. I don't really understand the negative reviews. The only bad thing that I can say is that if you do not enter the information required or it is not 100% correct, you will not get a report, but for security, I suppose this is necessary.
BuyCrash Website: Confusing and Unhelpful for Accident Reports
So, I was trying to get my hands on the report of my accident that happened last week. I went to BuyCrash website, but it didn't show any results. Then, I noticed a tiny message that stated that the site won't let you search for accidents without an approved reason. I was confused because I didn't see any place to enter those kinds of details, and the officer at the scene didn't give me any credentials. All I got was a business card from CrashBuy with the report number and date. I'm not sure if this site is still worth using.
Disappointing Experience with BuyCrash: Report Never Showed Up in Search
I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with BuyCrash. I mean, I waited and waited for my report to show up in the search, but it never did. I even gave it a whole month, but no dice. So, I had to call up the police and get the report myself. And get this, that was three whole years ago! And now, I'm back on their site and still can't find the dang report I need. I reckon I won't be using this service again, no sirree. If they can't even get a report ready for purchase when they haven't even got payment yet, I shudder to think how bad they are once they've actually been paid. Save yourself the hassle, folks, and steer clear of BuyCrash.
BuyCrash.com Review: Incomplete Report and Additional Charges for Full Report
I paid $16 for a report on BuyCrash.com, but I was disappointed to find out that it was incomplete. The report only showed "Urine Test - Pending," and I was expecting to receive updates on the report. However, when I checked the website, there were no updates available.
I decided to call the agency that generates these reports, and to my surprise, they had a new report that was 43 pages long. The report I received from BuyCrash.com was only 4 pages long. I was frustrated that I had paid for an incomplete report.
The agency told me that I would need to pay additional charges to buy the full report. In my experience, it's better to wait for a few days or a week and get the report directly from the agency. This way, you can be sure that you're getting the complete report and not wasting your money on an incomplete one.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on BuyCrash.com. I would not recommend this website to anyone who is looking for accurate and complete reports. It's better to go directly to the agency and get the report from them.
BuyCrash: Making Money Off Your Right to a Free Police Report
I was really surprised when I almost paid for my police report on BuyCrash. It's crazy how they make money off of something that should be free. I mean, it's pretty smart, but it doesn't seem right to me.
I wonder how they got all these deals with police departments all over the country. Maybe they made some kind of agreement like, "Hey, let's send people to our website and charge them for something they should get for free, and we'll give you a cut of the profits." That's the only reason I can think of why the police would use this service. They just want to make a little extra cash.
It's not fair to people who need their police reports for insurance or legal purposes. They shouldn't have to pay for something that's their right to have. I hope more people realize this and stop using BuyCrash.
BuyCrash Review: Terrible Customer Service and Scam Tactics
So, we was looking for a report online and we come across BuyCrash. We was excited to get our report, but when we tried to purchase it on the site, it wouldn't let us. We was confused and frustrated, so we decided to call the company to see what was going on. We verified twice that we was trying to purchase the correct report and then paid for it over the phone.
However, when we received the report, it was the wrong one. We was so upset and called the company back to see if they could fix the mistake. But, they told us that we would have to purchase the correct report again in order to get a refund for the wrong one. We couldn't believe it! We had already paid for the report and now they wanted us to pay again just to get the right one.
We felt like we had been scammed by this company. Their customer service was terrible and they didn't seem to care that they had made a mistake. They refused to guarantee a refund unless we paid again for the correct report. We was so disappointed and frustrated with BuyCrash.
We would never recommend this site to anyone. It is a complete joke and a waste of time and money. Stay away from BuyCrash if you want to avoid being scammed.
BuyCrash.com Review: Is it Worth Paying $20 for an Accident Report?
So, I had a little accident last week and the officer who responded to the scene gave me a piece of paper with a report number and told me to go to buycrash.com to get the report. I was a bit surprised when I got to the website and saw that they were charging $20 for the report. I mean, come on, didn't some attorneys sue the SCPD a few years ago to stop them from charging that much for accident reports? I remember hearing that they had to reduce the fee to just 25 cents to cover the cost of photocopying.
Anyway, I decided to do a little research and found out that the SCPD is still allowed to charge for accident reports, but only if the fee is reasonable and covers the actual cost of producing the report. I'm not sure if $20 is reasonable, but it seems a bit steep to me.
If you're in the same boat as me and don't want to pay $20 for an accident report, there are other options. You can go to the precinct where the accident occurred and request a copy of the report in person. Or, you can call the Yaphank headquarters and ask them to mail you a copy of the report. Both of these options are free, so why not save yourself some money?
Overall, I think buycrash.com is a bit of a ripoff. I understand that they need to cover their costs, but $20 seems like a lot for a simple accident report. If you have the time and don't mind a little inconvenience, I would recommend going to the precinct or calling headquarters instead.
Convenient Car Accident Reports: Buycrash.com Review
for them. But, if you can't go to the building or don't have the time, then it's worth it to pay the extra money to get the report online.
Overall, I would recommend Buycrash.com to anyone who needs a car accident report but can't get to the building to get it. It's easy to use and they deliver the report right to your email. Just be prepared to pay a little extra for the convenience.
BuyCrash Report: Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Reports
I've been trying to get my hands on a report from BuyCrash for a while now, and let me tell you, it's been a real headache. I've contacted them multiple times, and every time they tell me the report is ready to go. But when I follow their instructions and go to their website, it still says the report isn't ready. What gives?
I even called their 1800 number, and the guy on the other end told me there was no supervisor available. He put me on hold, and I've been waiting for him to come back for what feels like forever. This kind of customer service is just unacceptable. My accident was on February 19th, and it's now March 3rd. How can they not provide any help on the weekends? It's ridiculous.
One of the agents I talked to suggested I send an email, but I've already sent several with no luck. This company is just plain awful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Unfair Charges for Accident Reports: My Experience with BuyCrash
So, I was in a car accident and it wasn't my fault. The trooper gave me a little piece of paper that said I could get the accident report in 7 to 10 days. I didn't know that I would have to pay for it though. I went to this website called BuyCrash and put in my information and paid $10 for the report to be emailed to me. I think it's pretty messed up that I had to pay for something that should have been free from the police. The trooper had a computer in his car and he must have filed the report using it. So, why couldn't he just send it to me as soon as his superiors approved it? It doesn't make any sense to me.
I'm still waiting for the report even though my adjuster got it yesterday. It's frustrating because I need that report to move forward with my insurance claim. It seems like this is a problem all over the country and I think something needs to be done about it. Maybe we should start a class action lawsuit or something. It's not fair that people have to pay for something that should be free.
Decent Service, Not Perfect: My Review of BuyCrash
I gotta say, I use BuyCrash all the time for my job and it's pretty handy. I mean, you gotta have the right info to get the report you need, but if the report number doesn't work, try one of the names. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done.
One thing I do wish they had though is a way to look up past purchases. Like, I can't find my receipt from last month and it's a pain in the butt. And lately, the email receipts haven't been coming through, which is a bummer. But I usually print them out right away anyway, so it's not a huge deal.
The thing I do like about BuyCrash is that they're pretty quick about getting the reports up as soon as the agency uploads them. That's pretty cool. But the price? I mean, come on. Most agencies will fax them to you for free. And what about South Carolina? They need to get on board with this. Their reporting takes like 90 days! That's ridiculous.
Overall, BuyCrash is a decent service. It's not perfect, but it's better than nothing.

Collusion between police and this site seems to me to be illegal
Had accident; not at fault. Trooper gave me a slip of paper telling me I could get accident report in 7 to 10 days. He did not say that I would have to pay for it. Entered information at site and paid for emailed report. It cost me $10 for a report that should have been available through police for free. He had a computer in the car and must have filed his report using it. Why not send it to me as soon as superiors OK'd report? I am still waiting for report even though my adjuster received the report yesterday. The fact that this is nationwide problem seem to me to be cause for a class action response to this scam.
Frustrating Experience with BuyCrash: Website Glitch and Poor Customer Service
So, I was trying to use this website called BuyCrash to get some information about a car accident that happened near my house. But, when I went to the site, nothing showed up. I tried a few times, but still nothing. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I decided to call their customer service number.
After waiting on hold for what felt like forever, I finally got through to someone. But, they didn't sound like they were from around here. I could tell they were having a hard time understanding me, and I was having a hard time understanding them too. It was pretty frustrating.
Eventually, they told me that the site wasn't able to help me with what I was looking for. I was pretty disappointed, but at least they were honest with me. I wish I could have gotten the information I needed, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.
Overall, my experience with BuyCrash was pretty frustrating. I wish the site had worked properly, and I wish the customer service had been more helpful. But, I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.
BuyCrash: A Scam for Accident Reports - Don't Waste Your Money!
So, I was in a car accident and the officer gave me a slip with some info on it. He told me about this website called BuyCrash where I could get all the information I needed about the accident. I thought it was a good deal because he said I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of getting the other driver's information. But when I went to the website, I found out that I had to pay $11 to get the report. I was so mad! I mean, when did cops start selling stuff? It's not like they need the money or anything. It's just a scam if you ask me. I wouldn't recommend using BuyCrash unless you want to waste your money.

BuyCrash is Not Helping: Frustrations with Obtaining Police Reports in 2019
I had a car crash 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the police report. It's really frustrating because the insurance company won't do anything without it. I tried using BuyCrash to get the report but it's not helping at all. It's just making things worse. I mean, come on, it's 2019, why can't they make this process easier? It's really adding to the stress of an already stressful situation. I don't understand why the police can't just give us the report and be done with it. It's not like they don't have the technology to do it. I hope they can improve this service soon because it's not fair to people who are already going through a tough time.
BuyCrash.com Review: Frustrating Experience Trying to Get Accident Report
So, I had a bit of a situation last week when one of my drivers got into a bit of a fender bender in Wilton, CT. The Wilton PD gave my driver a little slip of paper with the website buycrash.com on it, telling us that we could get the accident report from there. Well, let me tell you, it's been a bit of a nightmare trying to get a hold of anyone at that place.
I tried emailing them, but I haven't gotten a response back yet. And when I tried calling, the phone just rang once and then hung up on me. It's frustrating, to say the least. I mean, if they're going to offer a service like this, they should at least be available to help people out when they need it.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing. I wish I could give them a zero rating, because this whole experience has been a bit of a sham. I just hope that if anyone else finds themselves in a similar situation, they have better luck than I did.
BuyCrash: A Total Waste of Time and Money
This website, BuyCrash, ain't worth a dime. I figured I'd be slick and save some time by getting my report online. I punched in all the deets and was told I'd get an email. But guess what? Two whole hours went by and I never got squat. So I tried to call 'em up, but what a joke that was. I ended up wasting even more time. So now I gotta drag my lazy butt to the police station tomorrow and get the report myself. Don't bother with this site, folks. It's a total bust.
Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with This Crash Report Website
This website is a total disaster. My son got into a car accident last week and we've been trying to get the crash report ever since. It's been a whole week and we still can't access it. We finally decided to call them and they told us that the report was still processing and needed to be reviewed. They said it might take another 24 hours. Can you believe that? The accident happened over a week ago and they can't even get their job done on time.
I don't know what's going on with this website, but it's definitely not worth the hassle. The whole process has been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable way to get a crash report, look elsewhere. This website is a complete waste of time.
BuyCrash Review: Disappointing Service and Unfair Fees for Accident Reports
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with BuyCrash. I mean, seriously, why should I have to pay just to see a report that should be available for free? It's not like I caused the accident - I was just turning on a green arrow, minding my own business. And now, on top of all the stress and hassle of dealing with the aftermath, I have to shell out even more money just to get the information I need.
Back in the day, you used to be able to get an accident report straight from the police themselves. But now, it seems like everything has to be a big production, with all these companies trying to make a quick buck off of people's misfortunes. It's just not right.
I mean, don't get me wrong - I understand that companies need to make money. But there's a difference between providing a valuable service and taking advantage of people when they're vulnerable. And in my opinion, BuyCrash falls squarely into the latter category.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend using BuyCrash if you can avoid it. There are plenty of other ways to get the information you need without having to pay through the nose for it. So save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
BuyCrash: A Shameful Company That Leaves Customers Waiting and Stranded
I had a car accident on December 9th, 2017 and I'm still waiting to hear back from BuyCrash. My car is in storage and I'm being charged $50 a day. It's now January 4th, 2018 and I still haven't received a report. It's a shame that New Jersey sold their soul for a buck from this company. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling out on their people. I was foolish to trust the trooper and should have gotten the names and phone numbers of everyone involved myself. BuyCrash, you should be ashamed of what you do.
BuyCrash Review: Frustrating Experience with Sign Up and Accessing Report
So, I was searching for my report for a few days and finally found it on BuyCrash. However, I faced some issues while trying to sign up. I didn't want to subscribe to a monthly account as it was for businesses. I clicked on the "add to cart" option, but unfortunately, I wasn't an existing customer, and there was no option for a one-time use. I tried again to register, but it couldn't find my report. It was quite frustrating, and I was disappointed that I couldn't access my report. I think I'll just go to the police station instead of using BuyCrash. If I could, I would give it zero stars.
BuyCrash Review: Terrible Website, No Email Notifications, and Unfair Charges for Accident Reports
I was in a car accident and it wasn't my fault. I needed a report for my insurance and personal records, but I had to pay $11.00 for it. I thought it should have been free since I wasn't at fault. I signed up for email notifications to let me know when the report was ready, but I never received any emails. I tried calling, but it was a waste of time. The website is terrible and it feels like a scam. I wouldn't recommend using BuyCrash.
