I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the services I received from Byte and to request a full refund. Despite my anticipation for a pleasant experience, the service provided fell significantly below the expected standards the your Byte guarantee. It's been over a 2 year long process with repeated aligner adjustments multiple molds created and the lack of correction to my teeth as guaranteed. Now you have suspended your service. As stated “To review its patient onboarding workflow in collaboration with the FDA, Byte has voluntarily suspended its operations till further notice.” Additionally, you did not provide any updates on its future plans to recommence during the recent investor meeting.
Given the circumstances and in line with your commitment to customer satisfaction, I believe a refund is justified. I am requesting a refund of $2295.00 which represents the cost of the service on 8/26/22. Attached you will find an estimate and treatment plan from an orthodontist that I recently visited to ensure my treatment from Byte was not hurting my teeth. To finish correcting my teeth and bite it will cost me $4,480.00. At this time, I am not asking for this amount. I am only requesting a full refund of my original purchase price.
