Canadian Tire - Auto center service

I had a really bad experience at your auto center today at Canadian Tire(3516 - 8th Avenue NE, Calgary AB T2A 6K5). I went there yesterday for a wiper installation. They communicated to me that it might take 3 hours without an appointment so I understood and booked an appointment today Sep 17 for 1 p.m. I canceled my family appointments, traveled to the location drove 30 km, and reached there at 1 p.m. today. They took my keys and issued me a number. I waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes and no one even bothered to update me. I asked them twice and they kept on making me wait. I went to their manager "Lisa" and she behaved so rudely to me. I asked her politely why I had to wait for 1.5 hours even though I had an appointment and she was blunt, impolite, rude, and surely not having any professional customer care skills. She bluntly said that you might have to wait for approx.2 hours more. I asked so what's the benefit of scheduling an appointment? and she shrugged it off and said that it was the workload. I said that your representative could have communicated with me at the time of booking or even at the time when I came here at 1 p.m. today so it could have helped me in making a choice decision to book an appointment or not and she only said that it is what it is. She didn't even have the manner to say sorry for the wait. I politely said that I could wait no more so please return my keys. She turned her back to me and rudely directed the guy on the counter to return the keys, she didn't even say sorry at that time as well. It will be by first and last visit to your auto center. I was a regular customer of Canadian Tire but not anymore. Just one suggestion for your so-called professional manager. Please get them to learn some customer services at least and especially to Managers and please train them to learn some soft skills and how to smile.

Desired outcome: Send me your booking policy for the auto centerI request an apology letter for her rude behavior.Reply to me with your corrective actions to my complaint.My email is [protected]@yahoo.com
