I order coffee table and end table, after a month I received my order. The coffee table was okay, but the end table was not properly feet. They exchanged, saturday may 15, 2021 I received the end tables, it was used or was on the floor. It was damaged table. I was tired urging, with small amounts discounts I kept one of the table, I returned one because was badly damaged. The money for store credit they don't want return me, also I purchased $350.00 for 3 years warranty no refund. Very sad it's not recommended for any one to buy from the brik.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
The Brick - Deceiving lead times
Every furniture shop in Calgary was 16+ Weeks delivery for sectionals, so we were delighted when we were informed by our Brick sales guy that the sectional we liked (and which was on sales) was only 8 weeks delivery. Well after waiting 8 weeks then following up with the Brick to see when our sectional would be delivered, low and behold we were told it wouldn't be delivering for another 2 months. 8 weeks + 2 months = ~16 weeks. Seems to me like the Brick is purposely understating lead times in an effort to deceive a secure order from their competition. This is a poor business practice and is not fair to all the honest retailers out there. I, for one, will not be duped again by the Brick.
Calgary here... I started a warranty claim in December 2019 for a leather sofa and love seat. Many issues later, they replaced a piece that wasn't even the issue to begin with. Low and behold it's all falling apart now. After months of run around I finally get a credit, less 40% to apply for a new selection. October 3, 2020 (Yes, nearly a year later) I select a leather sectional, pay another $1, 000 on top of my credit for the damaged one's. Told it will be 6 weeks. Mid November, called them... something happened with the order so now it's coming mid December. I call December, told it won't be until February 23rd, 2021 now. End of February I call again, told it's shipped and coming mid March. Mid March I get a call that it will be end of March. Called today... Only half of the sectional is in, now the other half won't be in until the 3rd week of April. I'm offered to consider some in stock replacements, none are sectionals. It's been 1.5 years of this, 7 months waiting on this replacement sectional. Good luck to you as well.
The Brick - Couch
My Gosh, this place is horrible! DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY WITH ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS! I found that our couch was sagging so I called and asked for a technician to come and inspect it. The technician wrote in his report that there are MULTIPLE issues with the couch, and that only ONE issue can fall under the $200 warranty I initially purchased with the couch. They refused our claim in December, when I still have another year to my warranty. I kindly called back and asked for an explanation, the secretary was extremely rude, so I asked her to pass me through to the manager (SHAYLA)... Well, Shayla was ALOT worse, and that she said "this is the procedure, and she has nothing else to do about this", even though we have purchased a total of 10 couches and 4 dining tables, and beds from this location. We have been loyal customers for over ten years and the treatment we received in December of 2019, and now in February of 2020 is just horrible, and in-humane.

The Brick - I am complaining about furniture
In 2015 I bought a loveseat fro Brick with a full warranty. After 3 years the shape and form of the seats changed and armrests sagged we moved to Calgary and went to Brick of Calgary Beacon Hill (started claim at end of August) to show if someone can fix it. The manager (Puneet) on the first day came with no welcome to me that Because I reported late probably I will not eligible for a warranty. I went to ask them to send a technician at least to evaluated and I came to store third times. After a long waiting period (October) they sent a technician who did not has any idea about sagging and fixing the deformation of furniture and he told us he can not fix sagging of arrests and he needs time to write the report. Again after a long period of time they said they can not fix it and "As a measure of good faith we would like to offer you preferred customer pricing for future sales."
As a human, I never buy anything from Brick except that they change their policy to satisfy their customers. I suggest nobody buys when we can find better quality a better price and deal in some other brands.
