I ordered a white TV stand from the brick store 11860 Sarcee trail only for a wrong Color to be delivered twice. I remember buying the TV stand and the lady Shelley told us that it will be assembled when delivered but it wasn’t.
I called the bricks to complain but we were told that we had to pay for their installation or look for someone to do the installation for us. We got someone and paid $120 for installation only to discover that it was a wrong Color.
I called the brick to complain and they told us it will be replaced. I remember speaking to a lady (Patricia not sure of the name but sounded African) who told us they will assemble the replaced TV at the point of delivery and would be called a day before to inform me about the delivery.
I got a call today at about 12:05 about the delivery man at my house and that I cannot change the delivery time. I took an Uber from Calgary downtown to my house in Livingston at $50 only for a wrong Color to be delivered twice. I immediately reached out to the bricks again yo notify them about this but Tina mentioned it is not “”the BRICKS fault’ in her language and there is nothing she can do and hung up the call. I spoke sick McKenzie afterwards who told me there is nothing that can be done to compensate me for the waste of my resources and time. Exactly in her words. This is my first time buying from the bricks and I will say that this is the worst customer service that I have ever received
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if the TV stand that is to be replaced be assembled as this is totally unfair if I would waste $170 dollar for a mistake from the company
