Fran's Fran's Order: No Updates, No Shipping Info, Charged Already - Frustrated Customer Review

So, I ordered from Fran's about a month ago. I was really excited to get my order, but it's been a while now and I haven't heard anything about when it's going to arrive. I even reached out to them two weeks ago to ask for an update, but I haven't heard anything back.

To make matters worse, I noticed that I've already been charged for my order, even though I haven't received any shipping information or anything like that. I tried to check the status of my order on their website, but the link didn't work.

Honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated right now. I just want to know what's going on with my order and when I can expect it to arrive. It's not like I'm asking for anything crazy here, you know? I just want some basic information.

Anyway, I hope Fran's can get their act together and give me some answers soon. I'm starting to regret ordering from them in the first place.

Fran's Disappointing Experience with Fran's: No Response, Delayed Order, and Unreceived Items

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Fran's. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now and haven't heard back from anyone. I even sent an email and left a few messages, but still nothing. I ordered some stuff from them back in October and it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my stuff. And to top it off, they sent me an email asking me to rate the items I haven't even received yet! What's up with that?

I was really excited to get my order from Fran's, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, I understand that things can get delayed sometimes, but it would be nice to at least get a response from someone. I'm not sure if I should cancel my order or just keep waiting. It's frustrating because I really wanted these items and now I'm not even sure if I'll ever get them.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Fran's. I hope they can get their act together and start responding to their customers. It's not a good look when you can't even get ahold of someone to ask about your order.

Fran's Disappointing Experience with Fran's: Missing Bar Stools and Poor Customer Service

I ordered some bar stools from Fran's and unfortunately, I only received one out of the four that I was supposed to get. I was really disappointed and decided to call their customer service to check on my order. However, when I called on Thursday at 1:20, no one was available to take my call. I was told to call back during their working hours, which happened to be the same as mine. It was really frustrating because I wanted to know what happened to my missing order.

I hope someone from Fran's can get back to me soon and let me know what's going on. It's been a few days since I placed my order and I'm still missing three bar stools. I really need them for my kitchen and I don't want to have to wait any longer. I'm hoping that this was just a mistake and that my order will be delivered soon.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with my experience with Fran's so far. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would have appreciated better communication from their customer service team. I hope that they can resolve this issue quickly and make things right.

Fran's Fran's Customer Service Needs Improvement: Difficulty Reaching a Real Person

I tried to get in touch with Fran's a few times, but it was a bit of a struggle. I left a message on my home phone asking for a call back on my cell phone, but I only got a message on my home phone. I tried calling again, but I didn't get a response. I called a few more times during their available hours, but I never left a message because I always got their answering machine. I never got to talk to a real person, which was a bit frustrating.

Fran's Disappointing Experience with Fran's Wicker: Order Not in Stock and No Communication

So, I ordered something from Fran's Wicker a few weeks ago and it still hadn't shown up. I was getting pretty antsy, so I gave them a call to see what was up. Turns out, the thing I ordered wasn't even in stock anymore! Nobody had even bothered to tell me. They did send me something similar, but it's just not the same. So, I decided to give Fran's a try and placed an order on March 1st. I received a confirmation email, but after that, I didn't hear anything from them. I was getting a bit worried, so I decided to call and speak to a sales rep. The person on the other end of the line told me that they were working on my order, but I still didn't have any idea when it would be shipped.

I decided to send an email to Fran's customer service team to ask about the status of my order. I was hoping to get some answers, but instead, I received a confusing response. Fran's Fran's Poor Communication and Delayed Shipping - A Frustrating Experience

So, I ordered from Fran's on January 27th, 2017 and got an email saying they got my order. But then, I didn't hear anything else from them about when my stuff would ship or when I could expect it to get to me. I got pretty worried, so I called them up on Monday, February 13th at 10 in the morning. I asked them what was going on with my order and when I could expect it. They said they'd check with "The Warehouse" and call me back. But, it's now Thursday, February 16th at 6:30 in the evening and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm starting to get pretty frustrated.

Fran's Mixed Experience with Frans Wicker: Great Furniture, Poor Communication

I recently bought some White Wicker furniture from Frans Wicker and I must say, I had a pretty good experience. However, there were a few hiccups along the way that made me a bit frustrated.

When I called to place my order, the person on the other end told me that they needed to speak to their manager before they could confirm my order. They promised to call me back, but unfortunately, they never did. I waited for a few days and still didn't hear anything, so I decided to place my order online instead.

After I placed my order, I called Frans Wicker to verify that they had received it and that it would be shipped soon. Every time I called, I spoke to a different person who promised to call me back with an update. However, they never did.

Finally, my order was shipped, but the tracking information was not very helpful. It didn't give me much information about where my package was or when it would arrive.

Despite these issues, I was happy with the quality of the furniture when it arrived. It was well-made and looked great in my home. However, I do wish that Frans Wicker had been more communicative throughout the ordering and shipping process. It would have saved me a lot of stress and frustration.

Fran's Fran's Customer Service Needs Improvement: A Frustrating Experience

I gotta say, I've tried calling Fran's a few times and it's been a bit of a frustrating experience. The person who answered the phone was pretty rude and always seemed to be too busy to talk. They kept putting me on hold and when I called back, I just got sent straight to the answering machine. It's hard to imagine how a business can operate like this. I'm just glad I didn't end up placing an order with them.

I did some research and it seems like I'm not the only one who's had trouble with Fran's. A lot of people have complained about not receiving their orders and not getting any phone calls back. That's definitely not a good sign. It's a shame because I was really interested in their wicker furniture, but I don't want to risk having a bad experience.

Honestly, the customer service here is pretty lacking. I don't want to be too harsh, but it's clear that they could use some better training. If they could improve their communication and make an effort to be more responsive to their customers, I think they could have a lot more success. As it stands, though, I don't think I'll be doing business with Fran's anytime soon.
