Booked the rooms three weeks in advance, (for a four night stay), we had asked for two rooms on the first floor with access to the parking lot. Original contact booked us into rooms 104 and 108. When we arrived staff advised that there no notes on the file and we were booked into 115 on the back side of the building (with no access to the outside) and 210 on the second floor. The next morning, there were no staff available at the front desk. Breakfast items were non-existant, coffee that was available was cold, probably from the previous day. When we returned to the Inn that evening, the room had not been cleaned, the beds were not made, and we had to go to the front desk for clean towels. The second full day, in the evening when we arrived back at the Inn, the beds were made with the old sheets and the dirty towels were folded, the coffee maker still had the used ground and the coffee cups were not cleaned. The third full day, our room was cleaned (sort of) but the second room was not cleaned and the beds were not made.
Desired outcome: We are looking for a refund
