I would like the refund due to the fact I have a service animal. I had told the man at the front desk. The policy also states that I was allowed to have a service dog but was never asked. I had told him my dog is a service animal when I was down the hall but he just shrugged his shoulders an he canceled my reservation I never wanted it canceled the staff canceled it on there behalf. Taking money from someone who has a disability is flat out criminal. If he canceled my reservation an still took a day to pay for one I should have been allowed to use my money in the manner I chose and been allowed to stay. I saw on the policy that if I canceled or changed the reservation that I would be charged, but do to the fact I never canceled it I should not be charged for anything. I had called to let the manager know my rights were violated but he is playing it off as if he never heard me say my dog was trained for my services.
Claimed loss: Losses a days worth for a stay I never stepped foot in
Desired outcome: I just want my full refund.
