On Oct.04 purchased tv on sale as a gift and got confirmation right away.Next morning got confirmation that product was shipped and was provided tracking information for purolator .Item was supposed to be delivered on Oct.09. When I checked purolator site it said that shipping label was created and they are waiting for pick up.I contacted purolator and they said its all in Best Buy hands. in the meantime got charged for product 1200$. When I noticed that purolator site is not giving updates on Oct.07 I contacted Best Buy where they informed me it should be shipped today. Next day no changes again and I called again . Customer rep could not provide me with any info whatsoever and told me its strange. Now I am just left in Limbo.
Very poor from Best buy. Please honour the purchase and deliver product.

I purchase this TV that was advertised quite clearly in their Black Friday ad for "$200 off" at a price of $49, but the original price was supposedly $599, obviously, the math doesn't work! When I cal ed o complain they said "It was a typo"! Are you kidding me? To me that's False Advertising and should be penalized. When I tried again to contact the so called "Custoemr Service" no one seeme dot know anything, or care either. These guys are CROOKS and I don't trust them. They've been doing stuff like this since they came into our City about 12-15 years ago. When i asked the Best Buy "Customer Service" for a contact for the Corporate Office, they said "I would have to look it up on the internet. Next stop, beer Business Bureau. Avoid this company like a PLAUGE!
