My phone is [protected] - Sharon L. Mason - I have been billed
Roaming charges of $464 when I only used $8.00 a day. Was told in Vancouver before I left for the states it is only $8.00 a day for roaming. Nov. 2 came to the US and I called a week later. The agent said I owed $100.00 for roaming. Now you are billing me $464.00 which is outrageous. I sent "I agree" when the message came on my phone about signing up for the roaming. No one in Canada told me I had to do anything to get the $8 roaming just use the phone. Most of my calls were due to covid as my Sister is in care in Ontario. I have to have cataract surgery as am a senior 73 years old and maybe couldn't read all the rigmarole I had to do to apply. I have been a customer for Fido for 10 years. Please resolve this and charge me only $8.00 per day for the calls. I am appealing to you for your resolution in this matter. My bill is usually $64 a month.
When will I get an answer. Please rectify this before my bill goes through Dec 17th.
