I placed two separate rounds of orders from North Face 10 days before Black Friday to skip the crowd and get my items as Christmas gifts. Purolator did not even attempt to deliver the first order. They claimed to have rang my doorbell and called my phone for 5 days but I work from home and have not received a single missed called the last five days. To top it off my second order was delivered successfully by Purolator. The first order has been returned without my consent and the items are no longer available in size and color. Stop lying and covering for lazy drivers. You are making things worse for the drivers who have to cover for their lazy colleagues and giving yourself a bad reputation. Thanks for ruining Christmas
Desired outcome: If your driver claims call attempt failure after three rounds, get your call centers to investigate by calling the recipients or flag the issue via email tracking- don’t wait 10days
