I'm writing to but in a complaint about the delivery of Purolator.
This name a package was to be delivered to myself, and conforming my address three times, my delivery was sent to a different address in a completely different town hours away.
The delivery drive said they sent messages twice for a different change of address. Which was never made.
I waited for this delivery since almost the middle of December 2024, and had to RE order again today because of the incompetence of thy employees.
This is now the second time my parcel has going to a different town hours away.
