I ordered a treadmill from Amazon that was delivered on time on the 11th of December. However, I am over 70 and live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with no elevator. The driver left the box just inside the main door of the building and I could not get it up the stairs. Luckily a younger man came along but even the two of us could only drag it up the stairs. This is totally unacceptable, irresponsible and quite disgraceful in fact.

It's downright unprofessional and unfathomable of Purolator to just drop off a hefty parcel without providing assistance or taking into account the delivery circumstances. Their negligence is worth mentioning in a complaint, so call their customer service as soon as possible and make one, providing the relevant details of this particular delivery. Tell them to change their policies for the future deliveries so that such customers are not ignored in the future. If this is not done satisfactorily, take it up with Amazon myself because they are the ones who manage these partnerships for delivery. Do ensure that you do not let it pass by the robbers without full blame, it is their responsibility to ensure that the packages are delivered in a safe and sound manner.
