Hi,
there hr department is very racist specailly the jericho location in richmond. The lady named christine leigh is worst when it comes to hiring someone and showing them their way in the warehouse. I was hired by the purolator in aug 02 2022
and then i waited until my first shift which was 19th aug. Before that time i attedned my orientation with someone from different department. When i went for my orientation christine was off and she was the one who suppose to be there for the orientation. Also when i asked them my schedued they said contact your hiring manger which was christine and i sent her several emails saying can you please let me know my schedule but she said come on friday and we will talk. I went there waited for her to talk with me but i end up working with retail department as on training shift without signing any paperwork. I didn't know how to check my schedule as nobody showed me . I asked my colleague about the schedule and she checked it for me and told me that i will be working for next five days in a row and 8 hours a week which is 40 hours a week but where as i was hired for part time position only for 20 housrs. But because i wasn't aware of my schedule and could go for three days that i was scheduled for i emailed christine many times saying that please chnage my schedule for three days but i felt she didn't understand my english and as i couldn't go for those three days that i wasn't even knew that i will be working for she issued my a notice saying i am not a good fit for the job . I also quit my previous job becasue i got hired by purolator and their managment dealt very badly with me i am accusing purolator for hiring irresponsible hr team to guide new comers how cehck tehir schedule rather than just expecting people to show up on work
Desired outcome: SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HER BEHAVIOUR WITH PEOPLE AND I SHOULD GET COMPENSATION BECAUSE I LOST MY JOB OR REHIRE ME
Purolator - delivery / pick up service
We missed one delivery on july 2 9:16am (our office hour is from 10:00 to 18:00, we not gonna get it if truck driver come at 9am) so we called and told customer service at 13:00 and 17:00 that we will pick up ourself, do not deliver again to our store becuase if truck driver come early we will miss the package again. We have been delay for our customers already, do not want that happen again, unfortunatly it happened again. We missed the package again at 9:04am july 3. Whats going on with the system?
We even called customer service this morning at 7:35am to make sure the package will not be delivery and we will have people to pick up the item. Why is it on vehicle for delivery again at 9:04am? Its huge delay for our business and we have to apologize to our customers due to this situation.
We have been told that someone will call us, never receive any phone call.
Please purolator improve the delivery service and we really need our package.
