Canadian Tire

I drive a medical transportation van in the city of Winnipeg. During my pickups one of my passengers accidentally dropped his phone in the front passenger seat and the iPhone mysteriously fell through underneath the seat where we were unable to fetch it, it was stuck. With many attempts by myself and others we were unable to retrieve the iPhone. In last hopes, I went to the St James Canadian Tire Store service department to ask for help, the mechanics were so incredibly nice and jumped at the chance to help me. They took van inside and they made attempts to retrieve the iPhone and the the manager showed asking "what the hell was going on" he said that the van needs to leave right away. So with this rude and unwillingness to help by the service manager I had to attend another shop where they were glad to help, they managed to retrieve the iphone and we have a happy patient. I think the service manager marginalized me, but I am a hardworking citizen making a living transporting patients for their medical appointments and I was shocked and confused about this situation. I hope this service manager is reprimanded for such senseless behaviour.
