You need more employees at the Customer Service/Returns/Pickup desk. Every register was open but there was at least 15 people at Customer Service and only 2 employees. Outside; where I was told that it would be "curbside pickup"; I called about 10 different numbers for about 40 minutes and not one person answered. I had my dogs in the car which is why I needed "pickup". I then left my dogs in the car and went inside to see the issue. I then waited almost an hour to receive my item. An entire hour where my dogs were in my vehicle. One has severe anxiety and can't/shouldn't be left alone (without human). Let's just say it wasn't a pleasant rest of the day with him. Thank you for that... I highly doubt; unless emergency; that I will ever return to that store...
