On Dec. 21, I ordered several products from Home Depot with a 138$ payment.
I requested the delivery for the next day between 10 am- 2 pm.
Nevertheless, they delivered my products on Sunday night (Dec. 21st) without any notification, any call. They delivered in front of the mailbox as well, rather than package room.
Based on the picture, they did not use any packages and just put products in the main area of the residence. The next day, after seeing the email, I went there, and I could not find any of the items.
I called the customer service several times, but they did not refund me.
Even with the police incident number (#2412230041, obtained from Stamford Police Department) for stolen packages, they are not providing any refund, even though they did unproper delivery.
Due to the first part of the delivery, I have about $100 (tax included) loss.
Additionally, they charged me additionally 16,99 $ after several days. I did not purchase anything; I do not know the reason and am investigating with the bank. These are all totally unacceptable.
