KFC - Bad behaviour

The restaurant was dealing badly with us

They forgot to prepare the requested meal till I remind them

It is not duty to remind them to prepare my food

They put 2 sauces as they forget the spicy sauce so they put normal them spicy

The lettuce was almost too cold almost icy coming from fridge with hot sandwich which makes the sandwich very bad

Also they don’t have fries which made the meal bad

KFC - About general manager simar of kfc dundas trafalgar road oakville ontario for not taking her job responsibly and harassing employee

To whom it may concern. I was hired as a team member at KFC Dundas St Oakville Ontario by their general manager Simar Kaur. First she was really nice to me and told me she will give me the availability according to myself as I was working at McDonald's and was about to quit because I hired at kfc. She said me that as I am hired full time she will not be able to give me full hours as long as I am not able to handle at least a station and asked me if I want to pursue my McDonald's job part time to bear my expense I can. So moving further when I got my first schedule it was hardly 20 hours a week with not paid breaks for half an hour in a 4 -5 hours shift. That was not much for me and as she want my more flexibility in hours I left my McDonald's job to give her more time. When I asked that what would be the another week hour she rever me again not much hours I asked her if she can give me three days shift instead of all days 4-5 hour shift with half an hour unpaid break that will be great I can at least manage my other days at another work to bear my expenses she refused that she can't. So basically here she couldn't give me hours according my availability and not more than 25 or so.. I quit the job because of this unprofessional behaviour. When I asked about my pay she said u can grab it on coming friday. I got my check and I realized there is a 4 hour shift missing. The day I started when I didn't even get my login id, she didn't pay me that. I asked her and then she said I can't pay u in check now because you are not in system now and will pay me in cash. I was so frustrated because it's really far from my house and I already got favor from my niece to pick up my check as I was not able pick it up because of my work and residency. I asked her to if they can intrack or direct deposit because I can't come again that's their fault. She didn't revert me back after saying pick it up from store. Which is making me feel harassed and disrespectful. These kind of managers should need to learn a lesson how to treat their employees and do their duties perfectly. I want headquarter of kfc to enquire that manager's capability to be a manager and want to solve my issue as soon as possible else I would like to assume I spent my precious day at kfc without Getting paid with such a disrespectful way.
