As mentioned on the invoice, I mistakenly ordered food twice. I realized this as soon as I made the payment and immediately requested the supervisor to cancel the duplicate order. He confirmed that the order was canceled, and I proceeded to reorder my correct meal and made the payment again.
However, I have not yet received a refund for the canceled order amount of AED 96.00.
Since the branch is quite far from my location, I have spent a considerable amount of time and money traveling to resolve this issue. I kindly request you to refund the canceled order amount, along with compensation for the additional expenses I have incurred.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt resolution.

KFC has repeating side orders, did you see anything they asked to rectify like refunding the amount deducted and costs associated? Well seeing that might seem interesting now, ensure to write to them alongside any of their clients and quote the terms of the invoice that would be stirring up the 96 dirhams. In any case, you can carry the issuer back and show them the paperwork in the event that they don’t move fast or don’t pay attention. Also, promote aside what you have already saved, because the mishandling of this case has led them to be in such a situation. Don't allow them to get away.
