I work at a law office, had court there in vandilia today and when I was done I wanted me some good fried chicken for dinner. So I stoped by the local kfc there in vandilia, and order that 8pc. Speacial and a large wedge fry and the 9 strip thing with lots of ranch is even pay extrra I said... And a large drink! Was like 30-35$!
Well I will never ever lay a foot in that place again! The staff had me so ferious as the used foul language to each other, the women that took my order couldnt have cared less, to even be there or have a job with the short uninviting, very rude attitude, as she was more worried about her phone /message. When she repeated the order the type of chicken was wrong disnt even have my drink rang in and asked again what sause I wanted...
As I waite for my food and drink cup for 14 minutes and 87 seconds a young man handed my my drink cup!
I'm still waiting, then 4 mins later. My food came from the same women that took my order. She put it in the counter and just walked away! Said nothing at all... So I checked the bags of course, to varfiy everything was there, to no suprise all 3 side that were in the bag were not the sides I peered, the box of frys were so hard andcold but looked burnt or stale and the already small box was only 1/2 full, and there was no honey or butter no napkins and no, not one ranch pack. I even ordered strips so I at lease get 1 for that fact. Whole order wrong or gross! Now i'm really really getting angry as I see the same lady in the corner on her darn phone... As I try to get the attention of someone, she comes over and asked what I needed, she took the bag back to fix things, and was told I had to wait 3 mins in the frys! I didn't ha e any more time to wait so I asked for a different large side, which she rolled her eyes at me and said "I guess" as if I was an inconvenience to her. I got my green bean and went to leave out the door. As I heard the women say,
""I wish these [censor] would quite coming in i'm ready to go. I dont care""
I've never felt like an inconvenience or burdan, to someone working at a restraint serving food.. This store is/was disfunctional, unprepared, most disrespectful place ive been to.. I will never, ever spend a dime in that store again! I was more then disappointed with everything from the time I walked in the door! Quite sad, with people and locations like this one working for your company is a shame, you will loose alot of money and costumer base with and respect if incidences like mine happen often! I will drive to brookville or troy before I ever return to the vandilia kfc. Disappointed to the max!

Went to American fork, Utah lo ation o. A Sunday evening, absolutely no customers I. Sight, the place was as filthy and dirty as anything I have ever seen..wish I could upload all the pics I took, I truly was appalled, I asked to speak to the manager and explained to him that it was by far the most filthy restraint I had ever been in. He said ok have a good evening and I told him I had taken photos and would be contacting corporate and suggested he clean up his act! Also service was slow and very poor, dirty...anywhere I can post the photos? I could not nor my husband eat the food, we trashed it in the can! Gross!

Sunday July 18th at 7:55pm I order 3 fill up boxes through the Drive thru and 2 was wrong after the Fact we went over these orders. Got home and it wasn't right. One box supposed to had mac and cheese in it and the 2nd supposed to had cold slaw and on my two chicken little didn't have NO mayonnaise or pickles. Had to put my own mayonnaise and pickles on there myself. That's bad business. I expect to get what I paid for. The cashier name is Antoniya. And still got my receipt. I work hard for my money. The total of my order $16.82. When customers pay their money they expect good service. Not the employees playing around their Food. Show some respect. And you know how a child is when they don't get No their Mac and cheese. I couldn't go back cause we was at home. I Never Complain on anyone Unless I wasn't Treated or Service right. I know what it takes cause I be working around customers 19th years. I hope you Can fix the Problem. Thanks!

On july 13, my kids and I went to the newton kfc. When a employee by the name marrisa took my order. She was so rude and disrespectful. So i drove up to the window and she smell of marijuana, i ask or you high she laugh and said no her eyes was red. This is my 9th time complaining about this young lady. If you dont do something about it i will go above this until its solve. Thank you.

I visited KFC last week and two of your employees smelled like marijuana. I also overheard them speaking about the fact that they were high on "pot". Normally I would just get my food and be on my way, but these employees were also very rude. The names of the employees are Reyna and Hernan. The young woman was very thin and short and the boy wore glasses. The boy admitted to previously spitting in customers orders. I couldn't even finish my meal, I was so disgusted.

This would be my SECOND time going to the same location store and asking for fried chicken bucket and them telling me they don't have fried chicken! The staff was RUDE, didn't explain why, and then say do you want anything else like now I was forced to order there. So I did and there Mac and cheese has water in it literally! My tender were OVER cooked, I couldn't even serve it to my child and I will be going down and complaining to the store manager next will be to corporate!

Went to your restaurant's drive-thru and ordered two 3-peice white dinners, drove all the way home thru rush hour traffic only to find that the two dinners only had three greasy dried up wings in each with burnt potato logs in with the chicken .(Scraps from the fryer) I ordered mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. (I did get those) So immediately I called the restaurant. NO ANSWER! Called back FOUR times more and no answer. Called the other nearest restaurant to get a managers name, NO ANSWER! Hell of a way to run a company. Anyway I would like to be compensated for my meals. I work with 263 people at Pepin Dist. Co. (Budweiser) and I don't think this would be good for business It's right down the road from our warehouse. Thank for your time in this matter. KFC Jaya Jusco Bandar Baru Klang, Selangor. Malaysia - 17/7/2017; 9.00PM. Too bad for you KFC. You have a good name but hire staff with bad attitude. Actually today is not the 1st time I faced bad customer service from your staff in this outlet BUT today's experience are the WORSE. Your staff come and ask me "can you leave faster because I want to clean up" while I'm still not finish my meal. She did the same to the customer next to my table and they also still eating. After do that, she gathered with other staff chatting & laughing while looking at us. Isn't this RUDE & BAD ATTITUDE?! Is this customer service attitude you teach your staff to apply? Embarrassing. Seriously, you need to take action.
rude manager/ employee. dropping the f word
Today July 16th, my family and I went through the drive thru. Tried placing our and just got rushed, got interrupted a few times. The order was wring so when we got to window and asked for the order to be repeated back. It was still wrong I told her again and again was wrong as I'm trying to explain she just turned around and walked off upset and mumbling. I was watching in the window as she and her other employee were visibly upset.
Another employee brought my food as I asked for a manager she pointed out the same person that was being rude. I said that cannot be the manager... I requested another manager and a contact number as they both refused... at that time the manager closed the window walked away and was dropping the F bomb left and right. I requested the window for them to open window and why was she cursing... the employee said that she cannot say anything to the manager since she's lower then manager...
I have never been treated this disrespected in my life.
I want an email and call from someone in cooperate office in regards to this matter...
I am being told by Burger King to tell the truth because the manager saw this and is threatening to take legal action. The truth is none of this happened. I just made this all up because she recently fired me from Burger King and I am trying to get her into trouble.

I am currently employed at the Kentucky Fried Chicken on 4th Street in Leavenworth it is a lot of over for me reality going on inside the place and it's making it hard for me to perform my work duty the manager Mohammed is having relations with employees there and is very unprofessional while performing his task he takes me off the work schedule to give other people overtime always trying to find something to argue with me about while on the job
no dark meat on buffet/dirty tables
We visited the Batesville Arkansas restaurant. There were 4 tables in a row that needed to be cleaned. I stood holding a baby for 10 minutes, with no one showing up. Finally sat at a table that was found closer to the counter. Employees walked by while I was standing there, as if thinking "it's not my job". Then, I went to get my favorite, drum sticks, either original or extra crispy. An older gentleman, possibly in his 70's, was asking the buffet person if they had any drumsticks. She said they were cooking. Finally after waiting 10 minutes, I asked someone at the counter if they could please bring out more chicken, preferably drumsticks. The server seemed aggravated and put 4 or 5 drums in one of the trays. Would of it been too hard to offer me at least one? Others were grabbing them up before I was able to get there...We were very upset with the service. The butter for the biscuits had changed to what appeared as oil, since it was in a hot tray at the food bar.

Went through the drive thru for a meal and an extra side of macaroni and cheese, took it home, made it two bites in before noticing old congealed cheese and even older noodles. Immediately had to run to the restroom to throw up. Once that had calmed down enough I returned to the store for a refund on the extra side only, but was denied because a single bite was taken. Manager did not care that his food made a customer literally vomit.

I went to the store on 2301 14th street ON 07/15/ 17 around 9:30 p.m. here in Plano, Tx to buy the ten piece for $10.00, upon getting home I noticed that all the leg pieces had no skin on them and appeared to be all dried up? So I went back to the store and complained to the Mgr. (Isis). She went on to explained that this was freshly cooked chicken? (really)! I used to work for KFC when I was in college, so I know what dried up chicken looks like and proceeded to tell her so. We I asked for some fresh chicken she told me it would be 20 minutes. I came back at 10:05 and she told me it would be "just a few more minutes" Well that turned out to be an additional 23 minutes and mine you I left at 9:40, then I waited another 23 minutes. All-the-while she served 3 more customers chicken out the window, while I was waiting on my freshly cooked chicken. I had come up there in my uncovered car and she also proceeded to tell me that she didn't care about me "being-no-cop" I did not like her tone of voice nor the disrespectful way she talked to me.. So I wonder if I had came up there in my uniform and my squad car would she had talked to me like that or served me that dried up chicken?

On July 10 Monday, we went to the KFC in Coral Springs Fl, store# G135319. We orderd the food, got the food but was never given a receipt. We searched for the receipt beefier leaving. We couldnt locate the receipt because she didn't gives us one, so my husband went back in and said we didn't a get receipt our meal should be free. The manager said oh this KFC doesn't participate in that. Yesterday we went to KFC in lauderdale lakes fl 33319, to buy food but unfortunately there was one worker and they had only got wings. That's insane y'all need to hire more people. My husband asked the worker about the receipt with free meal and he told us that the manger lied and every KFC participate. I want to my money back or I'm going to dispute with my bank.

air conditioning out/ poor working conditions
This is the second time in a week that I have been to the KFC on Union Hills in Peoria, Arizona. The air conditioning has been out at that location for a week. Customers do not want to go inside. The people working there are miserable. The temperature here in the valley has been 108- 118 during this time period. Many retired people visit this location and they cannot dine in, nor can they sit and wait. We complained and the person helping us pleaded with us to call corporate and complain. The integrity of the food is a concern as well. This location should be shut down until the AC is fixed.

Hi, I was just at this location maybe a half an hour ago. The service there was not something that should not be displayed in public. The workers were swearing at each other. The dining area was absolutely disgusting. A sticky mess. I didn't get my food until 10 minutes after i placed an order. Which is absolutely ridiculous. It was no way to act when there is customers in the area. I will never give my attention and or service to that again. I was absolitely disgusted with this service. Rate: 0 out of 10. Much needed improvement.

Thu, July 13, 6 pm. KFC at 4394 Montgomery Road, Ellicott City, Maryland. There were very few customers, but the wait time for a simple $20 fill-up meal and 9 pc. tenders was nearly 30 minutes. They did not give me my receipt (I later retrieved it so that I could complain - I was ticket #3694). They sent me out the door with no sauce. I went to car, realized there was no sauce, went back in. I ordered $31.80 in food, and they said I can only get 3 sauce packets. I asked for additional sauces, but they refused. Main cashier was indifferent.
Hate to compare KFC to Chick fil a, but seriously, you need much better customer service staff and may need to pay them more. Serving so few customers at meal time, but the reputation of this store is so very very poor that people don't come.
wrong order and was overcharged
Today I ordered lunch and was given the wrong items and the chicken was over cooked. I ordered the Georgia golden krispy chicken w/breast and msh/grvy and was given original chicken with wedges. I also ordered the $ 5 meal w/breast and was charged extra for chicken that I didn't want. Tried calling the number on the receipt and number stated was disconnected [protected] and found another number online [protected] this was also disconnected. I would like for someone to contact me asap possible either by email or phn [protected]. This very unaccepatable. I paid over $21 for some food I didn't even order.
