KFC the desire for kfc to ruin my child's teeth

I went into KFC Al-Matrah branch today at approximately 4pm, with my two daughters and sister. We ordered two adult meals and wanted to purchase a mango juice for my two-year-old daughter who wasn't feeling too well in the heat. The manager of the KFC refused to sell it to us, and said we could purchase pepsi or water. My daughter is too young to drink pepsi and did not want water. I did not want to purchase a child meal. This is crazy logic. KFC would rather a two-year old drink pepsi and make that available to purchase without the purchase of a child's meal but not mango juice? What sort of logic is this? This sends off a terrible message and I will not be eating in KFC again. I am also going to get in touch with the Ministry of health about this, as I am a tourist in Oman and have NEVER come across such bad logic. Children should not be encouraged to drink pepsi over mango juice.

The bad logic here is that the kids are seeing you stuff your face with two adult meals of unhealthy chicken.

Seriously..."This sends off a terrible message and I will not be eating in KFC again"...

Eating at KFC is something you shouldn't be doing anyway.

KFC service

30 minute wait times all the time bad customer service. People on cell phones standing around management not doing a freaking thing about it. Major part of the problem. They got robbed because the door had been broken for well over a month staff in this place is just [censor]. Corporate needs to clean house major. LaZy asa people especially management. Cell phones do not need to be out wait times should not be 30 minutes. Food orders are always wrong. This is the worst place I have ever been to. Fire the whole staff. When people have real day jobs and you tell them I make $18 a hour as a carpenter do not schedule me to close because I get up at 4am and the manager is to stupid to comprehend because her life is that job and that person walks out it's her fault. I witnessed that. Now her wait times went up even more I got my money back and left I was so mad. Never coming to this place again. This place is horrible that poor guy I would walk out and tell you to take that job and piss off to the way you talk to people is horrible you don't talk to your employees like they are not good enough to lick the dirt off your shoes he's a grown man. Who do you think you are? And he does have a carpenter job I know his family he does not need that piss ant fast food job. Lol joke is on you cause you just made your self behind because he was the only one working while the rest of your so called staff what standing around doing NOTHiNG

KFC honor coupon in community circular

Was told by the Manager Mr. Khan the coupon I persisted was Only good for Dark Meat . The coupon did not state Dark Meat (leg and thighs). Mr. Khan walked away after asking him for Corp #. He had me stand there for 10 minutes. But in that time another customer complaint I was taking to long and said "you people never have money" "I know how this people do". He asked Mr Khan if wants his number he will back him up. I was livid. No one in that restaurant took up for me. All I wanted to have KFC honor the coupon. I live in the neighborhood and never experience anything like this before. Took pictures of the circular and the that I wanted to use (requested 2legs, 2breast &1wing).

KFC service at kfc (foothills mall dr. maryville, tn)

Went thru the drive thru on 11/26/2017 in the evening and ordered a children's meal. Popcorn chicken, mash potatoes with gravy and a biscuit instead of the applesauce. Tommy, the shift manager refused to switch out the applesauce with a biscuit which I have done forever at which point I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was one (lied). He was actually a shift leader and new at that. The supervisor Shew sp? interrupted on the speaker to say she was a Manager and that they would not change out the items. They were extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention Tommy put just gravy in what was to be mask potato's out of spite. Didn't realize he'd done that until I returned home with my daughters meal so I then called and Shew hang up on me after I told her what had happened and that I had called the complaint line and they said it would be perfectly fine to switch out items. She wanted to argue and was very unprofessional and hung up. At that point I called back and Tommy answered. He asked what I needed and I said to speak with Shew because we must of been disconnected. He exclaimed she would not come to the phone and didn't want to speak with me and said he didn't either then hung up as well. This has to be the unprofessionally ran business establishment I have ever experience...ever. Horrible! Don't go there! New people who don't care and will probably spit in your food or worse. I will never go back...

As soon as they told you that they couldn't switch out items, you should have just drove off and went to another store to avoid all of that drama. You should have known from the start. I don't know why you spent money there. That's on you.

Full description of incident:

I ordered food from the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Greenwich recently and the food that was given to me was inedible. I ordered a Bucket for One and the chips served to me were clearly not fresh and were old chips that were refried. It was disgusting.
Also, the KFC store where I placed an order was totally understaffed and no
management was on hand to sort out the mayhem in the store. The staff were clearly not up to the job and I refuse to pay for not only the food that was received but the appalling customer service. This is the second time that I have had to complaint about a KFC store. My first complaint was totally ignored.

Desirable resolution of incident:

I require a refund of what I paid as I am not prepared to pay for the food that I was served. It is unacceptable. I ordered a take-away so I was no longer in the store to complain about the food and return it.

KFC I have new idea for you

Dear KFC
I am 52 years old and I am living in Germany. I am visiting your restaurant at least 4 times per year. I like the test of KFC but I feel may be it is not good for my health. I have a suggestion to make please.
I am sure if you add one thing on KFC you would have a new food on your Menu and it test good and different and make it healthy.

KFC chicken pot pie

This afternoon I purchased a chicken pot pie for lunch. When I took my first bite I felt something hard in my throat. I had to pull out the top part of the wishbone. It is a little over an inch. I am happy to send a picture. I did finish the pie and kept the bone to show it. It is my understanding the chicken pies are made somewhere else and not at the individual restaurants.

KFC I am complaining about customer service.

We went to go pick up food from KFC in San Mateo, CA and since my son was sleeping. We were waiting for a long time and we thought they were busy so we waited. After a while we just parked and went inside. I told the employees that if I can speak to their manager because as soon as I walked in I saw them all with their headsets. When the " shift leader " called the manager she said that she was too busy with someone to help. Then since she never came I explained to the shift leader that we were out at drive thru waiting and no one ever helped us. The shift leader looked like she had smoked marijuana. And when I told her she just looked at me like I was crazy. After they realized that their headsets were not even on. We ordered our food and the food was bad quality so we asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give us a refund because their was no one authorized in the store to give refunds. Then the manager that was in said she couldn't help us because she was only filling in for the store. I decided to contact corporate because it is not the first time their has been many times were we have been missing food or having bad quality food.

KFC not getting what I asked for.

Went to KFC on Fenkell and Southfield Freeway in Detroit Michigan. Order $5.00 meal spicy crispy, extra honey. When I got home in Highland Park Michigan, I had original, not crispy spicey, no honey at all. Chicken was dark like it had been sitting out for awhile under the heat lamp. Did NOT get a receipt.
This was between 9:45:pm and 10.:15 pm

It sounds like a mistake was made. Have you tried calling the location of purchase? They may not be able to assist you without a receipt, but it is worth a shot.

KFC my order

On monday november 20, 2017 I asked the young lady did they have any fresh chicken up she replied all of our chicken is fresh i said excuse me she said we just opened i said and that means nothing needless to say i had 3orders and the chicken was not fresh it was very dry And the macaroni and cheese was not fresh considering they just opened. Totally unacceptable..

They could have just done a poor job cooking the chicken or even over-cooked it. Dryness isn't necessarily affiliated with when the food was made.

KFC worker behaviour on kfc banda baru, ampang

Hai I am Abdul wahid, I am residing in singapore. I came to malaysia for a tour and I am moving to India as my next travel. I am staying at Ampang place. I came to your shop on 17.11.2017, shop location KFC Jalan Wawasan 2/3, Bandar Baru Ampang, 68000 Selangor, I came with my wife and my daughter.. my daughter age is 16. On your shop one of the workers saw my daughter in wrong sense that I noticed. If sees my daughter as normal thats ok but his sight is not in good sense... and looking at my daughter for a long and number of times. He is called my daughter using some different sounds, This kind of persons, making the tourists to be get irritated and to make them feel unhappy. Dont placement the young age persons at this place and never make others feel, its all in the hand of the shop owners. all the younge people's not doing like this, It's happen front of the shop, he is wearing KFC uniform That time I notedown The worker name. The worker name is "Fadzil". Appearance of the worker short and black, Never make placement of this young age person to make to other also feel and make unhappy. I am posting this information, as a father I am really feeling for this. Please take some action on this... feel as a father while taking this action. And please share the action that you taken on him (the worker) to my mail. if you not take action against him I write the mail to KFC headquarters, my mobile number not reached Because I am travelling abroad.

KFC service very bad at kfc

I walked in to order food when I walked in I saw 6 people waiting for their food come to find out their was 5 more peoples in the dinning area waiting for their food I waited 25 minutes to get my food and some other people were there before me every time I pick up food for supper they tell me they don't have what I want or we half to wait a long time people were P, OFF. I love your food but I don't like the way they run the store they don't know how to organize the supper time rush I don't feel like going back .it's very bad for your business . Just concern patron

KFC food service

11-18-17 I went to the drive thru of KFC in Hillview Kentucky and when I got to the speaker I was asked to wait because she was by herself so I said yes thinking it wouldn't be 10 minutes before someone would take my order in which that person apparently didn't have s clue. I ordered 2 of the big boxes that were supposed to be $8.49 each and they were to come with 2 sides, biscuit, drink, popcorn chicken and 3 strips and I asked to get that in the Nashville chicken and the boy asked 3 or 6 strips so I said 6 and also ordered 3 chicken little. When I approached the window they said that it was going to be 10 minutes for the strips so I agree to pull up of store to wait but realizing that it was going to be a 30 minute wait and I had to call and ask if they had forgotten about me and in which they did so they said we will be right out, well they girl finally cones out and asked for my ticket to see what I had ordered in which she never returned to me. So still waiting and I'm freaking out because my son is home alone and there is tornado warning going on and I want to get out of there and I start backing up and the manager comes out to leave and she is like are waiting on s order and I'm like yes I have been waiting forever and she is like she is getting it ready which ended up being another 5-10 minutes. I think I should deserve my money back, that was rediculous that I had to wait that long and get home and didn't even have what I thought I was ordering. they gave us 3 tiny strips for each meal and no biscuits and only 1 side and by the time we got our food our drinks were watered down. Worst KFC I have been too and this has not been the first time with bad experience with this location, since it had been years since I had been there because of bad service I thought I would give them another try well I guess things never change. I will jut go back and I will be spreading the word. Management sucks, how. An you go ahead and leave when you know that someone has been waiting forever in the parking lot for their order.

KFC harassment at kfc drivethru kharar, india

Very disappointed with the KFC staff at KFC drive through, Kharar.
This happened not once but twice. Being a regular customer at KFC Mohali and Chandigarh, I had never expected the kind of behavior faced at the Kharar DriveThru.
Earlier I ordered 2 large Chicken popcorns and 2 Chicken fried rolls on 17 November, 2017 at 01.18 pm. Since it was a delivery order it reached after 45 minutes which was not a concern but since the ordered items where soggy and overcooked, I register it at feedkfcback.co.in.
I then reached a call from the shift manager at KFC DriveThru Kharar the next day offering an apology for the delivered food and invited me to the restaurant for collecting the same order again (complimentary)...
At the evening of 18 November when I visited their restaurant, the staff starting harassing me by not allowing me to meet Mr. Sachin (Shift Manager) who invited me and on explaining what discussion I had with Mr. Sachin they forced me to wait for 20 minutes to accept the order which was complimentary and extra 10 minutes providing the excuse that the fried roll will take a bit long...
After this they told me that out of the complimentary order of 2 Chicken popcorns and 2 Chicken fried rolls, I had to either pay for the Chicken popcorn or I'm not eligible for the same.
And all the time I had been their at KFC DriveThru Kharar I.e. 30 minutes the staff was staring and ignoring me as if I tend to be a beggar who was their to eat free food...
I'm seriously hurt with this incident at your franchise and was forced to leave without accepting the order because of the harassment faced.
I don't even think of returning to the particular restaurant and even KFC if possible since it was a shocker despite being a regular customer of yours...

KFC store closing before scheduled to

My husband and I went to KFC in Clinton, OK on 11/17/17 pulled up to restaurant at 8:30pm and they had already locked all the doors and closed the restaurant. They are not scheduled to close till 11:00pm. We spoke to someone and she stated she was closing early because she was tired and had been there all day with only 4 workers. There was still chicken in there and we offered to buy some and she never answered us. Very unhappy we drove over a hour to eat at KFC only to be disappointed.

KFC chicken and customer service

I never was asked what kind of chicken I wanted. I went to rhe KFC on del Paso blvd in sacramento ca. Was told my corn dog nuggets was ready could I park in the parking lot. Sat there and the cashier walked to my car and said that foe my 3 piece grilled meal there was no white meat. Which he told me there was at the window. So I said ok just give me dark. Get my bag after 10 more minutes of waiting. I had my 2 year old in the car and its cold so I didn't look in the bag. Get home and there 2 big breast and a small thigh in both my original and grilled meal. No one asked but also who eats big breast. I felt like they were just trying to get rid of the chicken they had and my fries weren't fresh. I called and the man Chris answered and said well you have a choice. I wasn't asked either.

KFC untrained person in charge

I went to KFC with my family and asked if I could try the two new sauces and I was rejected. When I was told no I was shocked because as a customer, about to spend over $50, I thought it would not be an issue. Nonetheless, because of the experience that I had with the lead or supervisor on duty at this location I will never eat here again, nore my family. The location I went to was on 5651 Rufe Snow Dr

KFC kfc employees say that they have no chicken regularly

Every single time that I pull up through the drive through they tell me that they have no chicken that I can wait 30 to 45 minutes if I would like to. I am like seriously this is KFC you are supposed to have chicken available to the clients. There has been times that there are about 5 vehicles in front of me through the drive through and they all end up leaving because the waiting time is ridiculous. I do not know if this is due to bad management but I would really like to be able to up the drive through, order, and have my order ready when I pull up to the next window. I am speaking on behalf myself and my community because I know I am not the only one that has left KFC disappointed!

KFC tenders, wedges

At 720pm on friday night, totally out of tenders, cashiers when asked said they had no idea if more was being cooked, and stood there looking at me? Wouldn't ask the manager or cooks! We went for 3 tender meals, left with 2 old pot pies, and a cup of popcorn chicken, with literally 3 dry wedges. This franchise best hope a chick fil a, or canes does not open around here. They will def. Be done for. : (
