KFC Mauritius has been downgraded since past years. They seem not to respect standards as chicken large pieces are getting smaller and very bad quality chicken. However the price keeps on increasing. Its regrettable to see this famous delicious brand getting downgraded like this. Actions should be taken as soon as possible as its getting inacceptable!
not what I ordered
I ordered a bucket of original chicken to take out and when I got home and opened the bucket there was a spicy, extra crispy, almost reddish colored order of chicken. If we had eaten in, I would have returned the meal. We are about 30 minutes away so we ate it. All I could taste was cumin and paprika. And they had only one biscuit left so I took another side. And the Mac n cheese did not taste fresh. I was very disappointed in my meal. I've always had good luck with KFC. I filled out the survey and complained about the meal, but that will seem to get me a "free go cup", (whatever that is) the next time I go in. So $21.60 including tax was a big gyp. And we are retired and are very careful with our money so this hurt.
I believe the free go cup is for completing the survey in general, not for you specific situation. I would recommend calling the store and asking for the manager while you have your receipt in-hand. They may not be able to do anything for you however since you ate the food.

No white meat original chicken at 8:30 pm. Been here several times lately. Closed early or out of chicken. Need to get a handle on this! Employees outside smoking with no lights on like you're closed. Really need to investigate. Buffet has old food and night time drive thru employees don't care about customer service. Frequent your establishment often but not again.
rude nasty service repeatedly at this kfc location
KFC on Winchester Blvd in Campbell CA. Every single time we go in this location, they are totally rude. The sign on the door says open at 10 am, of course, they said, no we open at 10:30. When I pointed out the hours she just rolled her eyes. When looking at the menu, they will just walk away.
Today was toppers, they were evidently closing out a cash drawer and counting the money. And evidently this was the only register. She kept telling everyone 5 minutes, 5 minutes. We asked if she could take our order, then close out the drawer while we were waiting the LONG wait for our food. She said in her broken English. NO you wait you wait. Then she had the nerve to look at my other half and tell her, STOP LOOKING AT ME! LOOK AT THE MENU! My girl said, im not looking at you, she said, you were too! I said, how do you know if you are not looking at my lady? She mumbled some crap and we just walked out AGAIN! These people need to lose their franchise.
Have you attempted to contact a manager or the corporate customer service? I'm unsure why you keep visiting the location.

I ordered before more then two hours and till now I didn't receive my order. I called the call centre 5 times with no solution. I spoke to complaints department, the same results.
While am writing to you I received it and I asked to talk to the restaurant manager with no response, all what happened documented with screenshots and so, after all they asked me to pay the full amount of the order. The name of the customer service guy is Belal, he is the only one who did respond to my complaints. I did placed more than 2000 orders from your respectable restaurant before, after this disgusting experience am not going to do it again..

went to the kfc 20 hancock bridge parkway cape coral fl 9:50 pm ask for a 5 fill up thigh and drum dark meat chicken was cold didnt have mac and cheese and told me it was new price no longer they have a 5 fill up is now 6 fill up so good bye kfc I guess popeyes I going to start going to I not payimg 6 fill up for a small pieces of chicken my total price for a fill up box 5.99 plus tax 6.35

We went to drive thru yesterday and ordered grilled chicken meal and we're stunned when we opened the chicken. The drumsticks were half the size of a normal one, breasts weren't any better. Best thing was the biscuits. Why sell a meal with two large containers of mashed potatoes and 1/4 size of gravy. If you're trying to cut corners this isn't the way to go. I'm sending pictures of breast, drumstick and wing. We don't eat out often, but the $21.85 we spent was a waste. Please advise.
drive thru and missing side
November 12, 2017 - My family and I tried to use the drive thru and we sat there for a few minutes without anyone helping us. The lights for the sign and computer were not on either so we drove to the window to ask if it was open. We then drove around to order. The employee helping us was very rude and we waited for over 10 minutes to get our food and ended up not getting one of our sides. Then by the time we got home to eat our food the chicken was almost wet, very difficult to eat. We were very disappointed with our experience overall. We did not receive a receipt, so I don't have any specifics about our purchase.
chicken pieces don't even look like chicken
We were in Amherst NS at the kfc on November 13th. When i ordered chicken I explained to the lady that the last time we were there, the pieces were so small and unrecognizable, that the breast was smaller than the wing. She said the chicken was better now. So I continued and ordered a bucket. Got home to the same old chicken. So small, pieces unrecognizable, soaked and dripping in oil. Garbage. Paid 35$ for garbage. Looks like pigeon meat the pieces are so small. Big turn off. I will not be back again. What happened to the old kfc chicken? I took pictures of what your store is serving. It's disgusting. Shame kfc.

I visited your location in canton Michigan . This is known to be a very friendly city, however I was treated very poorly and could tell my food had not been prepared to quality standard. Once the cashier handed me my food he shut the window before I could ask for condiments and acted like he couldn't see nor hear me. He was also on his phone while I was trying to pay for my meal. When he finally did re open the window he gave me an attitude and said "All this for sauce, that's some [censor]" and laughed in my face. Next time I will go to Boston market or honestly any other place. I've never had such a horrible food experience. My reciept number is 021521
I went to our local KFC in Ada, OK. yesterday and was dismayed to find out that they are no longer serving hot wings. I was told that corporate told them to stop serving them. That is the only reason I went to KFC. I will no longer be going there. The wings were my favorite. I would like to know why they were discontinued. I am very upset about this.

This Kfc is suppose to be open at 10:00 and There has been 3 cars that have left out of frustration because the employee's refuse to take are orders and pretty much are completely ignoring the drive thru this is ridiculous I've drove by the window and have seen the employee's and yet we are still being ignored what kind of store is run like this I understand if they need more time to prepare but at least tell the customer's that instead of completely ignoring us this is ridiculous its 20mins past 10:00 and Still I've heard nothing from these people!

We went through the drive thru to order... The young man was having battery problems with his head set so we pulled to the window and he apologized... No problem he was very nice. We could hear the manager chewing him out about the headset while he was making our drinks...?. All of a sudden she opened the window and just about threw our order at us... She didnt give us a chance to ask for honey but I asked because she didnt shut the window good... My husband yelled hey at her and she just walked off so he honked... The young man came to the window and gave it to us. We drove off and realized we forgot our drinks so I went inside. She wouldnt even look at mart or ask what I needed. I have necer been treated like that by a manager. What a [censor]!
rudest manager behavior & discrimination for hearing impaired
November 11, 2017 at 3:34 pm my husband picked up 12 piece meal at the Waterford, Michigan KFC. He brought home dinner after work. Then I came home. Friends coming over. I was checking the meal to warm it up and we were short 3 pieces of chicken and 1 was so small and odd shape we didn't know what it was. I (Sharon Hoge) called the store #K580003 at 4820 Highland rd, Waterford, Mi. We Are hard of hearing & I asked for the manager. I explained about our order & he kept telling me to stop being rude. I said I wasn't. I'm hearing impaired & interrupted me & didn't want to hear my scheduled story etc. we had guests coming & we had to drive 5 miles back to the store for the meat. Never got his name. We got hung up. I called back and he kept telling me I'm rude over over. Wow. I told him my name & we hurried back for the 3 pieces of chicken. He wouldn't come to meet us. Hid in the back shaking his head. The staff lady at the front looked embarrassed. She was kind. My husband told me the manager the same guy my girlfriend had trouble with in November 19, 2017 last month. I had a potluck party & she ordered 20 chicken. She was given 8. My husband took her back as she's hearing impaired & same treatment again! I've been to that store since it was built. Many years! I'm very upset! We paid $29.14 for all this wasted gas, rudeness & discrimination?

All the time they don't get the orders right .. or they don't do it right because who ever is taking it is talking to other workers .. place is always nasty manager has bad attitude towards customers .. i went today did my order and they told me to pull to the front .. when i ask my husband for the receipt i notice that the woman didn't got it right . So i got down i ask for the lady and she never came to the front I explained to the "manager " and she say .. but did we charged it ?i told her y'all didn't but that's why its a drive tru so customers get their food without getting off their car .. i got really mad cause she keep repeating that they didn't charge it and saying that i was screaming she even say that she wasn't going to complete my order .. i told her that I wasn't going to leave because my son was waiting for his tacos ..she finally made them in a very bad way .. willing to pay she said just take them . I told her that i was going to make a complain and she continued talking.

I live in wise va and go to kfc many times a month. Lately an employee has been very rude to me she is hateful and threatens others employees while me and my 4 year old son are waiting to be served. In the evenings there's been numerous times a worker in a truck has his guns out in the parking lot and scares my son. Something needs to been done about this or i will take other actions. Employees names are Marian other workers call her "tiny" and the boys name is Brandon.

On October Friday the 13 th at the kfc/Taco Bell establishment at Colmar Manor in Bladensburg Md, a tree branch almost hitting me a patron at this location purchasing food at mid-day but denting my car, thenfollowing up with the manager on staff at that time a Md Jeanette Lundy who claims she did a report, but I've frequent the store several time, plus made a complaint with the complaint division at the corporate office, and as of yet, have not been contacted, . My name is Mr's Charles Smith, phone [protected], I'm wanting to inform this Company now that I have no other choices but to Persue legal representation, due to the non-responsive behavior that I'm getting from this Co . I have pictures and witnesses who observed this accident, which occur right in front of the stores camers. I have a dented roof on my vehicle due to me just patronizing your establishment and feel very disturbed, by the unprofessional way I've been treated and damages I've occurred.
You may or may not have legal recourse against the business. To begin with, KFC may not even own the property; they may just as likely lease it. Even if they do own the property, you'd have to show a form of negligence on their part. Just because a limb falls on your vehicle doesn't automatically makes them to blame.

The drive thru menu wasn't lit up so I couldn't see to order. The manager was being rude because I asked her did she get part of my order n she cut me off n said yes. My husband went in to use the restroom n tell her she was being rude. I did not know he was going to say something. So when she came to the window she said "If I was being rude you could have told me. You didn't have to send your husband. So I cancelled my order n left
In my opinion it does not seem that the manager was all that rude. I don't blame her for being mildly upset that your husband went in to talk to her either.
I order another thing but I get another thing
Just now, I went to KFC jalan universiti at Petaling Jaya, I was ordering KFC roller box to take away, when I open the box as I reach home, the things that I got is snacker box and not the roller box. This action really made me crazy, Im not too mad about the wrong food I got but I am totally mad with the services. Hope the KFC administration take a look at ur workers. Some of them are not too friendly and make costumer as their rival 😡
no food after 9pm
I went to get dinner for my family, and when we went to place our order they were out of this and that. We went to church's chicken in the same parking lot and spent what we would normally over there, and got what we wanted. The bottom line is that I spend my money where I get good service, if there is no food how can you provide service? I would like some sort of compensation since I wasted my time and gas to have to go elsewhere. Otherwise, I can go somewhere else.

Went to KFC on Thursday November 9, 2017. Arrived at the drive through and asked the employee at the drive through about the 20.00 deal meal. She proceeded to tell us about what is included in the meal, we asked if we could substitute the extra mashed potatoes for another side, instead of politely saying that we could not substitute a side, she rudely told my husband "Well sir, I guess that's not the deal for you." Why does your company have so many rude employees, well, lack of training. And shouldn't your managers be trained professionals. We had a bad experience with the manager too. We spoke to the manager at the mcalester ok store, and told them that we will not be back and that we knew the owner and would tell them, and the manager said go ahead everybody knows the owner, and I know them too and started to laugh. We work hard for our money and sometimes we just want to not cook and get something quick to eat, I as well as my husband have never been so angry, we hope to hear from you soon and get some feedback on this matter.
