no napkins no folk
i ordered two pieces of hot wings and a macroni salad. I ordered for dining but the attendant said we are closing in another 5 minutes. I said ok i will take away. But there was no folk no napkins. This was so disgusting. If they are closing why ther are in do hurry to close they forget to put basic things. how can I eat salad without folk or spoon. I will never go to kfc again.

Cashier took coupon back to manager in back of store and returned several minutes later. He said, "a manager was not in the store and they could not accept this voucher."

Just wanted to tell you about the horrible experience at KFC on highway 92 and Bells Ferry, Woodstock Georgia 30189.
My husband and I are in our 60's and worked a long day. We were tired and didn't want to cook. Mind you we hardly ever eat out or get fast food so this was a real treat. Since we do not have experience with our menu, I asked for the fill up meal. My husband asked if they could mix they chicken. SO I asked, and the girl gave us such an attitude it was unbelievable. There were no other cars in the line and one in front of us. The place was not busy. She said in a condescending nasty tone, "What do you want "and goes on to speak to us like we were retarded. I told her nothing and I will make sure your boss knows about this. As we drove past the window someone there waved at us while laughing. We drove to Bojangles.
NO excuse for the way were treated.

We live in Sonora California, we have for 5 years, my sister-in-law for 54 years...we love KFC, but you have lost 4 more customers here in Sonora Ca. Every time we go and I mean every time. No extra crispy no regular and when you say you'll wait they tell you that they are changing the oil, (in the middle of the day) this has happen over and over again be it 1pm of 11am to 5pm they always have an excuse, manager or asst.mgr is no help either. And on top of that the sign on the door says that they are open till 9pm. Well guess what they close earlier and earlier. Last week I had a craving for chicken went by and at 730pm they were closed this happens all the time.we are sick of it. Thus is the only KFC that is like this. You need to reevaluate your manager up here and there staff. You have lost our business for good.

what I received
when i got my food in the drive in area, the worker didn't say anything, she just handed us our food and watched us drive away. We didn't get any napkins, the cookie we paid for, or even some utensils to eat our food with. The worker also didn't ask if we even wanted any sauce. I am not satisfied with my purchase and will definitely debate not going here again

My daughter, Kiarah Santiago, is an employee of the Ephrata Pa location of KFC. I'm beyond upset that on September 19th of this year, she was written up by manager, Antonio Sinnerard for attending her grandfather's viewing. It appalls me that anyone could do this to their employee in such a time of grief. There have also been issues revolving another employee named Joseph Piper. I'm struggling to understand how this person has a horrible attendance record, is seen outside smoking more than working and is determined to have my daughter terminated. I have tried to contact a manager in regards to writing up my daughter for bereavement reasons. The is lack of respect and character at that store which is why there is such a high turnover. I refused to have my daughter mistreated because she isn't caucasian. Regardless, having a teen written up for losing her grandfather and attending his viewing is beyond absurd and disrespectful. If this isn't resolved, I will file a complaint with the EEOC.

We went to the KFC on 1203 NE 78th Street, in Vancouver, WA this evening, September 28, 2017. The place was very busy because the only other KFC in the area was closed for remodeling. Naturally, a lot of waiting was involved, though there seemed to be plenty of staff.
Our orders should have had a chicken leg, thigh, mashed w/gravy, biscuit and a cookie, with a drink on the side. We finally got to order and got our drinks first. We had to take them back as we chose the unsweetened tea and it was old and turning bad. We exchanged it for new cups and got sodas instead.
After a long wait we went and asked about our meals and found out they had been sitting on a back counter while they tried to figure out who it was for. They did not call out order numbers choosing instead to call out the order contents. We watched as several people who came in after us walked out with our same order before we got one. I think ours was #4113, placed around 6:30 PM. They also didn't call out the order itself looking for an 'owner'.
It was crowded, we were hungry and we just took the sack and got in the car and drove home. When we got home we had incorrect orders. One order had a very fatty and bony breast, mash w/gravy, soggy biscuit and that's it. The second meal had two small legs, mash w/gravy, soggy biscuit and that's it. Where were those cookies and chicken thighs hiding? Maybe some butter and honey? Not in our boxes that's for sure.
So, KFC, last time for us. We have had this happen to us time and time again when trying to eat at KFC. We should know to look in our bag and go through it before leaving, but why should we have to do that? I place an order, you give me the things I ordered and paid for - except at KFC.
It seems that in addition to treating chickens poorly (something you're known for) you treat your customers that same way. We're going to learn to like Burger King, their chicken sandwiches aren't half bad.

I live close to our Kentucky Fried Chicken & I may go 1-3 times a week . I use the drive thru everytime because its easy. But EVERYTIME IT TAKES THEM 10-25 minutes to get my meal. OMG! Im so tired of them being unable to speed up their Drive Thru! Ive seen ALOT OF CUSTOMERS LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU & NOT ORDER. Yall are losing business left & right due to their incompetence! Yall are about to lose me & my family too. Please send someone down to GA. & just ck. Out their long lines & how long it takes to clear that line. I hate to complain, BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I purchased a meal for my family from the KFC store in Tom Bradley terminal at LA Airport.
It took 20 minutes to get served and the staff had no urgency and were unfriendly.
When I got my meal they had missed half the order and I had to go back twice to get the correct meal. No apology was given.
Lots of other customers were the same.

Me and my fiance went to order dinner...we waited 45 mins in the lobby line wating for our food to be served...we could see them making our food in the back and the shift manager Cameron started making my husband's chicken and he walked away for about ten minutes with it just sitting there with no lid or nothing then came back from whatever he was doing and just put a lid on it so my husband complained and they all got rude...git made cause we ask for them to remake it... We got dirty looks from the two girls that was working and they was slapping things throwing things, being really ignorant.. I was going to have KFC in Niles mi cater my wedding but this service really sucked.

I went thru your drivers thru line and both of my cards were declined. I was upset because both of the cards, one has a 7K credit line and the other one a 1800k credit line, and the young lady pulls me a charge detail showing me that the credit card was declined. The woman at the bank says that somehow the bank didnt connect with the machine that this young lady that took care of me. I was also amazed at the amt of people that this jappened too at5:55pm. She said that if the young girl wouldve keyed in the number it wouldve gone thru, but something or somehow there was a disconnect. I went to my local KFC, (on beach blvd in the city of Stanton, Calif. And when I got there, I could not get into the place. There was a waiting line to get in. This placed me as no#8 in line. I was not upset at first, but I saw that the cashier kept turning around to help package food. I'm glad business is good and all, but what's wrong with putting a worker on the no#2 cash register? I mean, that's what the thing is for. This place was filling with folks that had to wait 30 minutes thighs. Yes 30 min. Why can't they cook more chicken BEFORE the dinner rush? Look I hate to complain, and there were other customers that were going to do the same thing I'm doing now, but this one KFC seems to be dropping the ball. It is so simple too, hire a person, or schedule someone extra for dinner/lunch rush, and cook more chicken for these times, one more mention if I may, many a time, I go for the original recp. And I get chicken with the oily batter/breading that falls off when its on the way to my mouth. Not good, I'm just saying . please fix this so I don't have to change my favorite fast food

She told the manger. but still no one came to the front to take orders . I told her two people just walked out, she told the manger again people were leaving. He then came up to take orders. When it was my time I told him I was there last week and I got the 6 strips for the 9.99, told him I wanted the gravy without the potatoes and the potatoes wedges for two. he told me my total was$ over $13.00 I ask him why it was more then I paid just a week ago ? he said you wanted the large gravy and large potatoes wedges. I ask for my money back and told him I would never come back ! O and told him to clean the glass on the front doors, there so dirty and have been for long time.. such a shame that KFC have let the name go down in Camden .. Thank you !

cashier gives away food
I was just in a KFC on New Boston Road in Texarkana which I love to go to and I just witnessed their cashier in the front (name tag said LaTasha) passing a huge bag of food to a woman she told another customer was her daughter without the woman paying for it. She came in after me and got this food quickly while the manager was helping the lady in the drive thru. Seeing this makes me feel like I was NOT important enough for her to get my paid for food as quickly as she gave away food. She didn't talk to her manager about the food so to me I just saw an employee steal. I'm a customer who was waiting for hot wings for 15 mins which I love! This cashier made me wait for 5 minutes while she took a personal phone call and then seem irritated when she did take my order with no sense of urgency.

I was in drive through yesterday around 9pm. My family and had just returned home from Tennessee and was looking for a quick bite. I began to order food, the cashier / manager then gave me my total and I advised her that o had one more order. She then told me I had to come inside because my order was too big. No other cars were in drive through, and I had my kids under 10 in the car sleep. She refuse to serve me unless I came inside. I asked for the store information and she refused to provide me with that infomation. She told me I had to pull over a d she would bring it out to me. She was extremely rude. It is obviously she can not handel, her current position and this needs to be address. A order max sign is posted anywhere outside the location. She was ok with 4 order but 5 was too much that made no since. I will never return to this location, and I will not recommend anyone else to this location.

It is 2029 I am currently at the drive thru window ordering fill up bucket, employee Aurora says that they only have legs and thighs. We ask what time they close and she responds at 10 pm. We ask if they can please cook the white meat that goes in the bucket, she stays quiet then returns to mic and says that the cook is on break until 9 pm. I ask to speak to the manager and she says she will not be in until tomorrow morning. I then asked if there is a manager on tonight and she said I can drive to the window. Manager is Stephanie. When we approached the window the manager gave the excuse that the car in front of us took the last batch and her cook was mad she doesn't know what problems she is having and there is no one else that knows how to cook!
This is not the first time this happens! This happened to us about 2 weeks ago with the same excuse and the same employees that they don't have white meat! This customer service is ridiculous! Something needs to get done about the employees that KFC has employed!
