The worst experience I have ever had! I understand new employees and am a very patient person. The cashier was new, and we worked through the order. She mis understood some of my order... but i was ok with that. While I was waiting for my food. Someone came in that had gone through the drive through and gotten home without 2 of their meals. (Which has happened to me more than once at this store) In the mean time the cashier sold food that was not available. I felt bad for the employees (kids) they were continually apologizing. Then as they finally put my order together, they did not have my original chicken breasts...thats not the worst part. As I watched one employee hosing down the floor and cleaning up food that had fallen on the floor, he was spraying water up onto the lower shelves where buckets and boxes were stored for orders, it took 20 min to get food, and there were other customers that were “apologized” to. I watched one employee snapping a wet towel at another one at the drive through...By the time i got home with my food, i was afraid to eat it not knowing if the unsanitary things i saw carried over to food storage and preparation. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well. I truly felt sorry for the kids that were working and the woman who was the new cashier. This is a owner/manager issue. Because of this experience... I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A KFC AGAIN! And i will advise everyone i know to follow suit.

Horrible customer service on your location of 9185 North Federal Boulevard Westminster CO! If I were corporate I would make a visit to this store! My experience was horrible! Employees not acknowledging me as a guest and customer until I say something! After that they this employee named ALMA she rolled her eyes because she was mad at the fact that I said hello I’m waiting! Second of all after that ALMA started to throw honey into the bag in a rude manner after I asked for Extra! The manager that was on the clock she didn’t even acknowledge us either, she was way busy at the window because her friend wanted to talk to her! How is that possible! what kind of management does your company have! Manager walked in front of us and didn’t say anything didn’t say I’ll be right there with you nothing friendliness! I guess I know why the parking lot of the location was completely empty because of how horrible the employees treat the customers
Biscuits are raw they aren’t done at all... horrible horrible experience with that Store on north Federal and 92 Nd in Westminster! This is on top of my other complaint I put. While eating my food noticed my biscuits were not fully cooked!

First off, your 800 number connected me to some twisted sex dating [protected]@!@!@ 2nd the food was horrible the chicken breast was all breading and dark bone cartilage the sofa machine gave me something that was definitely half mtn dew half carbonated water! This is in reference to the KFC on Broadway in Knoxville, TN. I went to KFC Sunday October 8th, 2017 around 6:30 pm ish.I ordered my food like I normally do but after receiving my food and driving home I realized some of my food was missing. I decided to go back around 7:00 pm and it was luckily the same lady that took my order and gave me my food.So I told her what happened and to my surprise she was extremely rude and insinuated that I hadn't ordered the food that I claimed to be missing. Little did she know I still had my receipt. After giving her my receipt the rude behavior got worse and instead of arguing any longer I simply said "never mind" and left.I have been going to that KFC for the last 12 years and no one has ever spoken to me that way.

Foods decent but not worth the 45 minute wait inside or outside. An no this isnt once or twice this is every time, its been this way for the last year an im honestly over it. This kfc has customers countless times an at this rate just needs to be shut down. In the time i could go to zaxbys an come back the line wouldnt have even moved.

Ordered two (3) piece chicken boxes, paid for them and was told to pull forward as it would be just a little as they had to cook one more piece of chicken. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came out so I went inside. I told the girl that took my money that we still hadn't received our order. She said I just took your money so I guess it is still cooking. Just left me standing there like a fool. Finally I told her I wanted my money back and she hollered for the manager to come out there that the customer wanted her money back. Everyone we came in contact with was very rude.

I placed an order on 10/6/17 when i reached my destination, i was missing one piece of chicken and the 2 biscuits i ordered. The store was closed that evening. The next day b4 work @9:15 pm the store was closed again, on 10/[protected]@8pm i returned to the store spoke with a manager and i was told. I had 24hrs to return. I am furious and you have definitely lost a valuable customer over 1pcs/chicken and 2 biscuits.

incorrect change/ poor service
On Oct. 6, 2017 my wife and I went to the Manhattan KS Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) drive thru around 6:30pm. We needed a $100-dollar bill changed to make our purchase and was not sure the store could handle it. The store said they could. We proceeded to order a $5.00 meal (2-piece drum and thigh) with a regular drink. I also ordered a 12-piece bucket of Wings for $10 dollars, but the server informed me it would take 9 minutes … so I said no. Last item I ordered was a Diet Pepsi. We handed the server the $100-dollar bill, after a few moments (the manager, I believed changed the $100 bill into lower bills) the server handed me back the change with a receipt. I did not look at what the server handed me. I gave it directly to my wife, she counted it and said it was $85 dollars and fifty-five cents in change. At the time she didn’t think anything about it. That is on us. We should have challenged the amount at that time, but failed to do that. The server gave me the diet Pepsi I ordered and the $5.00 meal. I asked her for the Regular Pepsi the server said she thought I had initially changed my mind from the regular Pepsi to a diet Pepsi on the order so she was only tracking the one drink. I said no, the order had a regular Pepsi and I wanted a diet Pepsi in addition to that one. She gave us a regular Pepsi and we were off. When we got home my wife said she was short $9.00… she said she had $85.00 and some change. We looked at the receipt (which, later when we went back to the KFC we left with the manager) and it said the server processed a $20.00 bill (not the $100-dollar bill) and the receipt had on it the $5.00 meal w/ drink. We called the store… the server (talking through the manager) said she gave us $80.00 dollars in change (which was not true, she gave us $85.00 dollars and some change) and she comped us the drink. Later that evening when the register was closed out the manager informed us that the register was not short. Here is the essential point… the $9.00 we were shorted out of this transaction does not send us to the poor house so that is not why we are filing this complaint with you. You have bigger issues, I know how difficult it is to find people you can trust to handle money and it is even harder to find people who are honest and treat customers with dignity and respect. One of us is not telling the truth… but it really doesn’t matter. We are filing this complaint for your benefit, not ours. We really missed having a KFC in Manhattan for a long while because the old one closed… it was cold in the old building, but the food was good, they always had food ready to go and they treated customers with dignity and respect. Not only is that not true about the new one in Manhattan KS, but they are not honest folks. We just thought you should be aware of it. There is nothing to resolve… you will not have to concern yourselves with us anymore. We won’t be back.

On October 6, 2017 around 8:30pm I went to the drive thru at KFC located, 688 Lyons Ave Irvington, NJ 07111 and asked for a small wedges. A young girl very unprofessional responded on the intercom, (I didn't get her name due to the lack of customer service that was giving) then stated yes if you don't try to run me over again. (Refused to serve me). I have no idea what the employee was talking about as she seemed very delusional. I then went to the window and the employee then stuck her middle fingers up at me. She came to the window as well as the manager, as both stated she was playing. I then asked the manager is it okay to play with customer like that? He then stated no. I did not get an apology from the manager. It was extremely unprofessional. If you can review the employee that stuck her middle fingers up at me (should be on video) and train to hire more professional workers. I would be submitting a bad review on this location. If you can please look into this matter. I was harassed and never experienced anything like this. I left without being served. This is the second time I been to your trexlertown pa store and both times I am shorted on n my order I order the 16 piece meal first time I did not get the baskets and this time I did not get a large side I live 10 miles from the store and it not worth my time to go back to get what is missing I guess I need to tell them don’t bag my items until I check to make sure you have everything in it
rude employees and missing food
I went through the KFC last night October 5th around 7 p.m. here in Chico California. When I got to the window the girl who opened the window took my money was having a side conversation with a different employee. I tried asking her questions asking for condiments she completely ignored me and begin to laugh because apparently the other employee told her a joke so she laughed in my face as I was asking for condiments. All of my food was in one bag so it was overflowing falling out of the bag. It should have been put into two bags and by the time I got home I realized I was missing my large order of mashed potatoes and gravy and my small order of potato wedges I had no honey no barbecue sauce no Ranch. I tried to call the phone number that came on the receipt but nobody answered I tried to call the phone number that Google gave me and nobody answered so this is my last resort the KFC in Chico sucks. My visit last night made me not want to visit KFC ever again I was treated so badly and I'm out money and food.
1 hour to make extra crispy chicken?
I went into the KFC in Clementon New Jersey and I was told it was going to be one hour before they could make extra crispy chicken is that not ridiculous. The cashier told me that they were busy all day I mean this is an establishment that is supposed to serve keyword “chicken”! All I saw was everybody in the back just standing around ? It was 5 pm.

On October 4 2017 at about 7: 30pm I went to location 7 mile and Wyoming Detroit Mi 48221 this particular store I always have a problem with my order. This time I received two thighs when I ask for a thigh and a leg which is what you are supposed to get in a $5.00 two piece fill up. I have been to this store on many occasions and they always leave something out. And their attitudes are terrible! And they need to make 15.00 an hour, I don't think so. Give better service! He for one started out by saying my bill was $6.34 cents and I questioned the amount and he then asked did I order a drum stick and a thigh I answered yes the two piece fill up with a Pepsi light ice but asked why was it $ 6.34 he act as if he had a attitude upon me checking but then said it was $5.30, and then to get home and find my order not right.

I ran through the drive-through of our local KFC today for lunch (Kerman, CA).
I order a five dollar fill up with a three piece chicken strips and potato wedges.
After I got back to work, I saw that I did not have strips but rather two pieces of chicken. I got back in my car and returned to the store. I went inside and told the woman there that my order was incorrect. I was not rude. I offered her my receipt and she said that she didn't need it. She called to the back that she needed a "number six for the front." A couple of minutes later, she took my original order and gave me the "correct" order. She never apologized for the inconvenience of my having to drive all the way back to the store. She hardly looked at me at all. Before I left, I decided to check the bag. I saw that I had mashed potatoes instead of potato wedges and brought this to her attention. She said that it would be a five minute wait because she had already thrown my original order in the trash. She offered my another side item instead. At this point, I needed to get back to work. I left the mashed potatoes on the counter, told her, "No thanks" and left.

your coupons are out dated on line and your stores will not honer them. I printed coupons out in Sacramento and planed a trip to the bay area and stopped in San Rafael to get the special 8 pieces of chicken with 2 side orders for $15.99 I did not look at the date so when I got to the store the manager showed me the date was in 2014 so he would not honer it I was so mad why would you put out dated coupons on line. needless to say my family did not get any special deals.

I got a load of grease in my chicken that could drown a frick'n roach colony..it tasted as bad as one too.The mash potatoes kept me up all night with the flu death like they were deliberately stored too long or in defective storerooms.This happened at...the store in san diego within paradise hills district!The attitude sucks here..I've seen several people take back their food in complaint moods.

in clovis nm your kfc sucks.. The service is horrible. We went there last night it took 30 min for 2 of your 2 pc chickens. .I talked to the manager and she went into the back and brought it out.. And acted like oh well, but really that long..I will not go back.. If you can't speed it up get new help and train to be a little faster for your customers..

Workera answer was "if there was i would had said so" i ask to speak w a manger she kept pushi nh she was busy i stated i needed to speak w her. She stated i'd have to get out of my car after yet waiting any how on my food while she ran another car there food. I'm very upset. After calling them they answer hang up.. I spent my whole lunch trying to reach this restraint not happy this is not okay i won't be back i will take everyone i know that dose eat there to no longer spend money at this asstablishment

The kfc in Geneseo. NY has pot pies on the menu but they are not serving it. How can you not serve something from your menu? It has been over a week it is still on the menu but they aren't making it to serve. This is not right and needs to be taken care of it is false advertising. It is poor customer service to advertise something and then not having it available. False advertising is something the better business Bureau would love to hear about.
