Ordered 8 piece all white chicken meal. Got home, and chicken was inedible. Was extremely tough.
Drove back next day over 30 miles. Returned chicken and manager was extremely rude. Told her that the order was all white meat. She acknowledged me. She replaced the chicken

I made an order at appoxrimately 8 45 Qatar time online
After almost half hour I called kfc just to confirm my order status.
The guy responded by saying that my order has not been dispatched yet and since it was an online order I was told that information is extracted from the system and order is delivered.Anyways the guy told me that he will dispatch my order right away
25 mins back apppox I called again and I was told that my order has still not been dispatched.I was again told the same story that order will be dispatched right now as the order information was not extracted from the system
The phone operator transferred my call to her manager who did not brother to pick up the call and I eventually hung up after waiting 6 to 7 mins.
Now as I type over 1 hour 20 mins have gone and order has not been processed

My family really enjoyes your chicken. We usually get take out chicken about twice a month. Our order usually totals at least $50. last night we placed an order that included a 16 piece meal. We live an hour away. When we got home, we found that two orders of gravy were missing. Honestly, , the potatoes are not too good without the gravy. This would not have been a big deal but just two weeks earlier the exact same thing happened. I called the restaurant, explained what happened. I went into you satellite town today 6-7 pm (5-11-19) and ordered 3 ‘zingerathas' and had to wait 40-50 min to get my food. The buffet was totally nasty, foods all mixed with other foods. All areas around containers covered with food. For this reason we ordered our food at the counter, service was ok, chicken was awful, dry, overcooked and hard. We eat what we could, went to empty out tray, garbage was full, could not put anything else in container. No sweet tea and floor wet all around drink area, no signs of clean up.
