KFC review: service.

I go to kfc at least four times a week and this has been my worst experience yet. First i waited at the drive thru for 25 minutes when i was finally answered Annette a drive thru employee was so rude and unprofessional. I placed an order for 10 piece special. Appearently there wasnt enough chicken to accomdomate my order. Which was being dicussed through the intercome by her and another employee. After accepting my order she tells me i have to wait 20 minutes. After explaining i couldn't wait any longer. She talked to me as if I were her child. And basically said oh well. This is unacceptable and her attitude needs to be corrected. If she doesnt like people then she shouldn't work in fast food.
