KFC very rood and bad manners

I Ramazan bought a family feast and asked for paper plate the young girl name Dena said no we don't give plates she said use the plates from your home i was taking my 5 year old daughter to the park she wanted to eat it there so i asked for a cup she said no cups in a very rood manner and told me we dint give anything out this happened at the drive through so i drove around to the car park and walked in and asked to speak to a manager she was still mouthing of to me so manager came over i told him what happened he said yes we do give cups and plates but she was still telling him no we do not give any thing out she was telling the manager what to do is this how customer service in kfc is it i felt really bad in front of my 5 year old daughter i told her i was gonna complaint in she said go for it i don't care the kfc coburg corner of bell st and Hudson st at 4.45 pm 26.10.2010 i will not go there and will not recomend it to any one becouse some staff members are very rood id like a respons back

I went through the drive up window and ordered a 3 piece meal, white, using a coupon I received in the mail for $5.49. My order was filled with the receipt showing 3 pc meal white, $7.69, with $2.20 discount, which was correct. However, when I got home my take out meal was actually a thigh and two drumsticks, instead of breast and wings. I gave the chicken to my dog because I don't eat dark meat.
I didn't return to the store because it is difficult for me to get in and out of the house very often, which is another reason I use the drive up to order.
My receipt clearly states "white" but that's not what I received.

Hello My name is sandra i went to the kfc in duarte ca. and I asked the question why was the price different then what was advertized on TV THE manager by the Name of Oscar enformed me that they can price the food at what ever price the wanted too. He was so very rude he also told me that Why was I complianting that it was just a few cents more. Really What kind of managers do you guy's hire he was not only rude but when I asked him for the owners name he said he will not give that to me. And was told that I better not tell on him either, . i really hope that all of your other KFC'S don't all work the same way. One of the other Employees gave me the store number which she said it was 25 if that is even real.

I have never in my long life seen or tasted anything so bad as my last and I mean last, order of KFC chicken. It was so bad that I wouldn't even feed it to a stray dog. It seemed to be under a heat lamp for a day or two. I, and I must say my family have always loved KFC, but this was the second time of disgusting food and now I am sorry to say will be the last. Maybe someone should check into the KFC franchise that we once visited at least a couple of times a month. Catherine Cantwell

I took my family to kfc in hartlepool england which is based at the hartlepool marina. i purchased a family chicken bucket the chicken had been re-fried it was hard dry and tasteless, we could not enjoy this due to the fact that it was like this we told the staff about it and nothing happened i dont think this is the apropiate way to treat customers. the whole experience was ruined wont be visiting that kfc establishment again this is not the first time this has happened please address this matter so other people paying customers like me can enjoy the kfc that it should be thanks.

I went to KFC. I placed my order and i was told it will be wait for my chcicken strips but will i like to substitute it for a chicken wing. i said “yes’becase I was on Lunch and i needed to get back to work. The cashier alsmost forgot to give me my parfait that I ordered, the food that I was given was not hot at all .. I was given 1 1/2 piece of chicken strip and a wing. The half of chicken strip looked dried out like it been sitting for hours. So I went back into the restaurant and I asked the cashier can I have the chicken that would be coming up because what I paid for is not in this carton.

The cashier was not apologetic at all. I WILL NEVER GO TO KFC AGAIN. I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BUSINESS TO POPEYES.. KFC IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE FOOD IS NOT UP TO PART. KFC CAN KICK ROCKS AS FAR AS I’M CONCERNED..

Okay I'm in Mildura and have visited the KFC here .I have my son every second weekend and for a treat he wants popcorn chicken and too eat in I my self don't eat anything just for him .So both days that we have been in there and at different times and both times not happy .Now at this time the store is quite and maybe just a few people sitting down .Well no matters were you look and try too sit down all very dirty and rubbish on the tables and the floor is so messy very hard to sit anywhere all I ask is please clean it .Other wise I don't want too go in side

My husband and I ordered the "new" grilled chicken when it 1st came out. Drove 18 miles south of where we lived because our town kfc didnt have it yet. We brought it home, opened the bucket and to our dissappointment most of the pieces were burnt and looked like they cooked baby chicks cause thats about how big the pieces were. We were so mad at this, we decided kfc isnt the place to eat!

KFC misleading advertising

In june 2010, KFC had a competition running to win a rocking box speaker set, i won the said prize which was confirmed via SMS on 30/06/2010, and to date, the prize has never been delivered.

I wonder with these big companies, they advertise stuff and you win. how sure are we that anyone ever gets the prizes they win...i mean its almost 4 months later and still no prize. i looged a report on their website and i have not even had a call in this regard...

public must be wary cos i really think that these restaurants adevertise falsely just to attract customers

KFC chicken with wool and hair

I first went to buy a street wise 2 about a month ago and received a wrong order of a burger and chip. I used the drive through.
2.On the 13nth/10/2010 I bought street wise 2 and when I got to work there was Wool in the chicken.
3.On the 14/10/2010 I bought street wise 2 in the same KFC and then there was hair in my Chicken.

Please help as to how I file for a complain as I am always using their drive thorough in my lunch hour.These careless mistakes I see them while sitting in our lunch room after driving all the way.

I bought a twister from KFC, Commercial Road, Port Elizabeth for my lunch at work. When I open the parcel, I could not believe what I am seeing. The photo's is self explanatory.

KFC Original recipe flavor gone since 1995. Why?

What happened to the great taste of the Colonel's Original Recipe?! For as long as I can remember, prior to 1995, "The Colonel's Original Recipe 11 Herbs and Spices" had been the best flavored chicken batter of all the fried chicken restaurants! Everyone I asked regarding the flavor difference agrees with me, except for the KFC restaurant's managers, that the chicken batter does not taste as good it used to prior to 1995. Why is that? What happened? Who changed the recipe? And why? When the colonel died back in 1995, or so, did he take the recipe that most Americans preferred over other battered fried chicken, with him? What happened? When the new owners purchased the restaurant from the Colonel's family where they forced by contract not to use the same 11 herbs and spices and the proper amount of those 11 herbs and spices where you could actually taste the spices? If you look at an older picture of a piece of chicken with the Original Batter on it you could see all the spices, black specks in spots all over the batter. But, now the batter has 95% less specks, pepper spices, etc.. I haven't just noticed this one or two times, I've noticed this on every piece of chicken, Original Recipe, that I've seen and eaten since 1995. Now, that I have brought this to the chicken lovers attention, they will begin to realize through memory that I'm correct on what I can plainly see. Since the flavor is not as spicy as it used to be for all the years I have eaten at KFC, I just don't eat there anywhere near as often as I used to, sadly so. I remember years ago while I was eating at KFC restaurants, I would notice that many other customers like myself, when finished eating the meat off the bones, we would pick the batter off the bones and eat it even though there was no meat on the bones. Why did we do this? Because the batter had a quite noticeable, strong accent flavor of The Colonel's 11 Herbs and Spices. If KFC heard from more people whom feel the same they may bring it back! I got a gut ache after my last visit to KFC , I wound up getting pretty sick for a few days, Looks like that location has a history of selling product that makes people sick , I am sourcing out a new chicken source , I wish they would stop "Improving" things

Yesterday we decided to be a bit nostalgic and ordered KFC since we haven't had it in a long time. Somehow in the back of my mind I was thinking it may not be a good idea because I was thinking of why we hadn't had it in a long time. We ended up ordering and we had a bit of hesitant excitement to eat it. I grabbed a couple of pieces with fries and gravy and then bit into it. To my disappointment it didn't taste like the memorable KFC we grew up with, in fact it was bland and tasteless. The gravy which I remember I couldn't get enough of tasted like a bowel of grease mixed with flower.

No way are we going to buy this chicken anymore, it bordering on gross. They changed even the coleslaw and the macaroni salad.

Now I know why it didn't take long to receive our order on a day when it should have been busy historically. KFC is failing. Now we are amongst the ones who have given up on them once again.

Yes bring back the original recipe and frying oil etc as it is now is terrible, Flavour and herbs and spices have gone. I don't care how unhealthy it was, it tastes nothing like it used to. Popeyes and Jollibee are way ahead now. The original KFC would still be a contender.

I agree 💯 that the taste has changed and gone downhill over the years...however the last time I had KFC (I'm in Egypt) the TEXTURE of the skin was so odd it looked and tasted almost fake 🤮

So sad they changed soo much over the years and continuing to change still.

It’s a pity that Kentucky Fried chicken has lost its flavor due to cutbacks or some management decision to change the best-flavored chicken fast food restaurant. I don’t enjoy it and no longer order because of this. If the owners are so ignorant of the needs of the general public all over the world, they could as well shut down or just don’t call it Kentucky fried chicken.

You know something else…not only have the taste, flavor and appearance changed, the smell has changed, as well. When I was a kid you knew a Kentucky Fried Chicken was nearby based upon smell alone.

I know the 11 herbs and spices are lacking because I can’t smell any let alone taste them.

I’d bet dollars to donuts that the day Kentucky Fried Chicken switched to KFC is the day that the 11herbs and spices went out the window.

Very disappointing. But I have solace knowing that I at least had the privilege of tasting the real thing back in the day.

And on a side note that goes for good old St. Louis fried rice and chop suet. It just isn’t the same.

KFC cheers, guys… it wasn't a pleasure eating your food

After the last complaint I made against this branch, I was satisfied with how things were handled. I decided last night to get a KFC tower rounder burger, vanilla milkshake and sprinkle pops. Firstly, for the last month, there has been a sign advertising Zinger-flavoured sprinkle pops. And for the last month, this branch has not had them. I had to say 'vanilla milkshake' at least six times at the drive through for the person taking the order to get it right. Somehow, vanilla sounds like strawberry. When I drove to the window, I once again had to say vanilla as the cashier there confirmed I'd ordered a strawberry milkshake. When I arrived home, I found that I had a Zinger tower rounder. The burger wasn't for me... I like my food hot... my brother doesn't. Once again, the KFC on Grayston Drive has proven to be an abomination, with staff who not only can't take a simple order down correctly, but then can't actually put said order together. The service is shocking, and it proves once again that Nandos and Maccie D care more about their customers. Cheers, guys… it wasn't a pleasure eating your food!

KFC discusting service and products

I went through the drive through at Kentucky at 5.30pm on the 12/10/10 and ordered 2 ultimate burger meals, this is the 3rd time at this same resturant I have had problems with this company. I arrived home to eat dinner with my son we both discovered that our chicken peices were stone cold the chicken in the zinger burgers were as hard as a rock, there were only a half a bag of chips and the potatoe and gravy had only a teaspoon in the containers not to mention we got no serviettes no spoons or wipes. As i was not happy with the food as it costs alot of money I rang the store to put in my complaint, I asked for the manager I spoke to Tyler and he was not very helpfull but in the end said I could come back down as i only live up the road from the store and get new meals. So i arrive at the store asked for tyler, he come to the desk with no manners at all took my meals and through them in the bin he was replacing my meals, i asked for fresh food and some servietters etc also he shook his head and walked away. I waited 15 minutes for my new meals once recieving them i checked the boxes and they had given me the wrong thing so i asked for exactly what i ordered he was not happy. eventually getting the right meals i also asked for my receipt that took a further 20minutes to retreave, once i had that i said thankyou he rolled his eyes at me shook his head and went to walk away but i stopped him telling him what bad service that store has and how bad his manners were he huffed at me and walked away... that store has the worst staff members working there they are constantly rude, you never get what you pay for there, they would have to be the only KFC store in Geelong that has terrible service.

Why did you want spoons and "serviettes"? Do you not have any utensils or napkins/paper towels at home or do you live in a cave or something?

Also, with customers like you that show up to KFC, I can understand why they'd have a little bit of an attitude. Lighten up.

KFC complained and simply ignored

Logged a complaint on the 26th October 2009 about the disgusting, charred black chicken that I was given at both Northriding and Douglasdale KFC branches.

Customer Care called me and let me know that the complaint will be addressed and the franchise will contact me.

GUESS WHAT ?!? ... I HAVE HEARD NOTHING !

Having experienced this problem in the past I can even tell KFC exactly what is wrong ...

1. Quality controls are obviously being ignored.
2. Chicken is being overcooked and cooked in oil that is not being changed. This is a health risk and has been reported before.
3. All staff obviously could not give two hoots about the food they serve customers because just by smelling the chicken or looking at it it is obvious there is something terribly wrong.

I am not the only one complaining and am sick of giving KFC second chances ... Perhaps this issue needs to be escalated to YUM Foods (The US holding company for KFC) for it to be taken seriously ?!?.

If your franchises cannot maintain food quality standards or, as I suspect, are deliberately not following quality rules to make more profit then shut them down!

KFC spoiled my kids birthday party-bad customer service & doesnt care attitude

I have conducted a birthday party and there was no service/entertainments/gifts as promised.Instead of enjoying the party I have to take Video camera myself, serve food myself, because the kFC concerned say their staff took Off without informing the manager and when I complained about this issue to the concerned their attitude is like as if they dont care.When the invoice arrived it was another story too.I have to pay for nothing.So I dont want these types of things to happen again and as a well wisher cum KFC fan since childhood it upsets me a lot because no one from the KFC based in UAE listen to my complaints.Can anyone let me know how come I can complaint directly to the main KFC office based in US.As we all know that KFC is an established chain but their customer service attitude especially in Abudhabi, UAE should be changed.Hope any of the senior management team will enquire about this issue and respond if they see my this mail.When i contacted the head office based in Sharjah, the customer service manager told me that area Manager for Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates will contact me soon.Untill now no response and doesnt care attitude goes on.

Can i get any response or this type of attitude continues...

Same here I made an order that never arrived when I called them they said “sorry there was a problem with your order” but they never provide any logical explanation them they told me they will reimburse my money after 5 working days, 2 days later another lady call, very incompetent ([protected] ) extremely rude and unpleasant I felt the agressivity and the impatience through her voice her tune and her tone and she said we will reimburse you after 5 days, I said okay your driend said the same day 2 days ago, she bursted at me as if I said something wrong

I think the Kentucky management should be aware of the manners that one of your employee is showing…… His identification tag shows the name muhamed. I don’t know how many people he has offended, but I found it so offensive that I don’t want to go into your store again. This incident happened on 02.11.2018 at 8:09 pm at Kentucky Store, Al Wahda Mall branch.
I personally feel he has no place interacting with the public when he lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.
Please look into the matter.

Wow, no wonder there is an epidemic of obesity sweeping across the gulf states. Ordering all that food at 1am on 2 consecutive days highlights a serious problem.
I would seriously suggest you have a good look at your diet, the way your health is heading and make some significant changes ASAP.
As for "NEVER..EVER .. EVER... ORDER KFC FROM UAE ANYMORE".. thats the smartest thing you've said in your e-mail.

i already become the REGULAR GUEST OF KFC UAE almost 3 years and this is my first time to get REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE and make me feel DONT LIKE TO CALL KFC ANYMORE .
first day,
i order about 1 am in the morning at 1 may 2013 that is my usual timing for order and all staff KFC already knew that..snaker sand, xtreme zinger, rizo chili and hot wing 10pcs are my orders..and as u know i always spent MY MONEY above 80 aed to order excluding the delivery TIPS.. that time u guys really make me ANGRY AND UPSET, 1.5 HOURS delivery ! what the hell is that ? the guys who give my order not even say sorry when he give my orders, again my concern is I AM A REGULAR GUEST and u guys should not do that things to ME ! no complete serve : no spoon - no tissue - no plate and ALL MY FOOD COLD ! its make me felt so bad, 1 i lose my appetite for eat, 2 i lose my money for the stupid orders.. i try to calling the CUSTOMERS SERVICE KFC and the guy who pretend helping me HANGING THE PHONE with excuse WAIT FOR MINUTES ! ? i wasted my time, my credit phone and my passion for this!and u still not do ANYTHING?

2 May 2013 again i order in the same time 1 am, there's a guy with name MUHAMMAD if am not wrong, he was very politely to helping me regarding my complaint about yesterday... i was let it way for that problems and he was said sorry as well and that make me more comfortable, .. i taking my orders ; spicy Rizo and the new item from KFC ... again need to take 45 minutes for delivery.
i was about to wait with passion in my head and heart, 1:55 am some other guy calling me with number [protected] and the news that he says MAKE ME MORE ANGRY AND MORE LOOOSEEE MY PASSION ! he said that they CANT DELIVERY my order with excuse there's a problems with the system.. big questions from me WHY YOU GUYS NOT TELLING ME AHEAD ? WHY U GUYS NOT TAKING ACTION MORE FASTER ? AND WHY YOU GUYS NOT CONCERN THAT I AM A REGULAR GUEST ?

KFC kfc boneless chicken rip off

I though I try the streetwise two with an extra piece boneless version. What a rip off! Its simply a chicken breast thats been cut up. I got three small pieces that were bone dry. The three pieces probably made up one chicken breast and it cost 30 bucks?! Next time tell people that the boneless chicken isnt boneless as there are no bones in the breast to start with. I was really dissapointed.

KFC waiting time

I walked into KFC at Wolverhampton (Queen Square) at approx. 12.42pm on 3/10/10.
I waited in the que for 13 minutes before I was served.
My order was, 2 piece chicken and chips, chips and gravy and a snackbox containing chips and 1 piece of chicken, I was still waiting after 20 minutes which took me to 1.15pm (thats 33 minutes wait). I was served at approx. 1.22pm (a further 7 minutes), eventually when I was served, the person who served me asked me to confirm my order which was behind her on the computer screen, how sad is that?, she then placed the items in 2 paper bags and I still had to confirm a 3rd time at the counter what my order was. The person serving me even forgot to put tissues and salt in my bags. I find this very un-proffessional especially for a fast food chain.

The people working in the kitchen (behind the computer screens) were portioning out chips at the time so when my order was complete and I had left KFC and returned to work the chips were cold and the chicken was scorching hot. I received a warning and was debited half a days pay, thanks to the staff at this restaurant.

I think that it would be reasonable to be compensated for my loss.

KFC poor food and bad customer service

My husband and I were returning from a trip to LA and we were going home to North Las Vegas. We stopped at the KFC on the border of CA and NV at Primm (address for KFC is actually Jean, NV).

Right away we noticed that the prices at this franchise were much higher than other KFC locations, but we were so hungry we ate there anyway. We did not realize that they closed 5 minutes after we arrived there, so the food was sitting out, cold and overcooked. Nobody told us that they were closing and they seemed to rush us in making our order. We asked for some extra sides and were told that they were out and as we ate there, they were cleaning around us to discourage our staying in the restaurant.

The staff was rude, the food was horrible, SO, I called KFC the next day, which was June, 29, 2010. To this day, October 1, 2010, I have not received a reply, even though I have called back numerous times. Now when I call, there is a fast busy signal, like the phone is "off the hook".

Their Customer Service is the poorest that I have ever experienced--they are arrogant and they don't give a rip whether they have repeat customers.

With all this touting about their double chicken entree, they should try to get the basics down first. I have decided never to go there again (any location) and have told family and friends to do the same.

I hope KFC reads this and "SHAME ON THEM" for acting that way.

With lousy food, poor service and corporate apathy to the problem, they should reconfigure their management, PRONTO!

there is only one thing KFC and its associated are interested in... profits... nothing else matters to them. disgusting and buy their chickens from the cruelest factory farms. if you value your health, stay away.

Is it really that difficult to check the store hours? Come on, people have lives outside of work. They have families and other priorities. You arrived barely before they closed and they still allowed you to enter. You really expected to have hot food and perky staff after hours? That's silly.

Kfc should wakeup! or are they a shelter company just ready to bankrupt next. It's in manitoba also. They use to be so good! ### food EVERY TIME! I still hope... wait... then try again! NOOOO! ### agin! where did the crist chicken go? soft skin ( always!) and sooogy oilly fries! I Challange the CEO! take your freakin LUXURY SUV thru one of your drive thru's! eat it! dare you! then please fix my KFC i miss so much!

KFC their chicken is sometimes undercooked and always greasy

It has happened numerous times now that I purchase food from Kentucky in Brackenfell, Cape Town, South Africa. I love the spicy wings, but it has happened time and time again that I buy it and when I get home and want to eat it, there is still feathers on it. It's extremely frustrating since we always buy the family variety bucket and it's expensive. Something they are also very famous for is bad attitude when you complain and they also tend to not pack the full order. A few times they forgot to add an item that I have paid for.

The whole franchise ***...really. Their chicken is sometimes undercooked and always greasy and the service ***.

KFC got sick of the food I ate from kfc

My family treated me for my B-day to buy us KFC, and after eating, my stomac starter cramping and i started feeling bad, I spend the hole day in the bathroom, i needed to come to work today and still not feeling well, My stomac hirts and cramps and runny. The chicken we ate smell funny( like it were old) and were very oily, My fiance bought us a variety Bucket with chips and a salad and a kiddy's meal for my Son R 167.00 Something and i think for that kind of money we pay we can at least get good quality and fresh food.

I went through the drive-thru of kfc rest. And they took too long first of all. Second I didn't receive my cinnamon twist or apple pie with my 30.00 order when I went back into the store to get my items the manager lawanda was very rude to me and an employee gave me my items. I got home and realized I didn't have the item I was sitting waiting on for 20 min...

KFC stood there for at least 15 minutes waiting for manager

Last week Sunday 4 Oct at about 19h45 myself and my family stopped at KFC in Alberton to purchase a meal. I wnet inside, placed the order for 12 hotwings, 1 rounder and 1 plain kiddie burger with 1 drink and 1 liquifruit. Once order was placed, I handed over debit card to pay. Cashier swiped card and when it did not go through, told me that the machine was faulty at the branch because of the weather conditions. She called the manager who walke to the drive through and after saying something in another language, the cashier told me that there was nothing she could do, manager failed to approach me himself, cashier failed to inform me of the problem before the transaction and i stood there for at least 15 minutes waiting for the manager. DISGUSTING SERVICE from a previously loyal supporter.

KFC manager's bad attitude after receiving raw food

I bought two street wise two's and a large mash & gravy from KFC Northmead on [protected]. When I got home to eat (in Farrarmere) the chicken was raw at the bone and there was basically no gravy with the mash. I returned to KFC on [protected] with my slip to complain, but I was told that I was lying to my face by the manager. Not only that, but she raised her voice to me, and I dont believe customers should be treated that way in a shop full of other customers. We all know that chicken that isnt well prepared can make you sick and that fast food restaurants must take precaution in preparing their food. I would like to see what management of KFC is going to do about this situation, eventhough it was a small order. Or am I lying about this as well...

KFC poor service

I would like to put in a complain about Blue Downs KFC, onthe 15 of September I went to KFC it was about 9 pm and I saw that it was full inside I then decided to make use of the driveway as I was driving, there were few cars in front of me and also few cars behind me. It was my turn to place my order at the window I was then asked if it's gonna be a cash or debit card and I said it's a debit card the the lady told me that unfortunately she cannot help me because the machine is not working and I requested her to place my order and then swop my card inside and she said that is not gonna be fair to the customers who are queing inside I must go inside and que again for placing an order. The service on driveway was very very slow and I was facing a difficult situation as I was unable to move back or front because there were cars on both sides I had to wait until all the cars in front of me are served. I still think that kind of service is unaccepteble and is very very poor. As it was all ready late I could'nt afford to stand on another que inside I had to go home without KFC .

KFC please bring back the double crunch

I am really disappointed that KFC has decided to discontinue the Double Crunch Burger. I see from other reports that you claim that this meal was a 'limited edition'. This is a blatant lie, as I remember eating my first double crunch while I was still a student : 5 years ago in other words, which is not a limited time in my book. Removing this option from your menu is like Spur removing the Goodie Burger from their menu! Please listen to your customers and bring back the Double Crunch! Until you do, my family and I will not support KFC anymore.

I felt like crying when I got to kfc and got told the double crunch burger doesnt exist. The worst thing is that they didnt give anyone a warning that the burger was leaving the menu! If they bring that burger back I will return to kfc because Nandoes makes better burgers than any of the exsisting kfc burgers!

You're kind of whiny. All limited edition means is that it won't be on the menu forever. KFC does not care if you stop eating there because they discontinued a sandwich that probably was not selling well enough to keep on the menu.

However, if you promise KFC that you will buy ten double crunch burgers every day for the rest of your life, I am sure they will bring it back for you.

KFC ad's promote bad society values

Forgive me if this complaint seems petty however I promised my 8 yr old daughter I would do it for her. So we were watching TV and the ad where a little girls lies to get an ice cream comes on. My daughter started saying 'How could KFC show ads where they tell children to lie'. We then discussed their ads and established that the one where the child prays that she does not want her family to visit was also done in poor taste.Do we not try to teach our kids that family is the most important thing. Now I say again, I never thought I would be complaining about the ads but when my 8 yr old daughter opened my mind to this. It hit me like a ton of bricks. Maybe KFC needs to rethink their ad stratergy.

Every person teaches their children different values. No company could please everyone. It's seems like your child was well-taught enough to realize that she has learned different. For other children, any child that automatically mimics television has far more things to worry about then family values.
