Got home and served the food. Both my wife and daughter threw-up. Brought food back and they told me I'd have to come back and speak to (GM)Annie. Tomorrow after 3pm. We need to ensure the general public doesn't receive uncooked food again. I am not sure the workers understand how serious this is. They didn't even have the common sense to offer my money...

Dear Abdulsalam Helmy:

I am writing this letter to inform you of the behavior of one of the female supervisor in this company——- Rosemarie Velasco. I am referring to the constant discrediting, use of abusive language and intimidation that We have been experiencing from —- Rosemarie Velasco especially on 29/11/2019, she is very delusional, denial, lazy, rude, always angry, always shouting, not using please and thank you, demanding, and giving always bad pressure, she always want arguments, she like fighting against its team and staff, she has no respect at all towards its staff, not giving feedback and specially not giving positive feedback and not giving appreciative feedback, when she talk she never smile, and the worst she like to ignore the costumer and saying them not to comeback in KFC restaurant Doha.

The scenario yesterday we cannot hold and keep quiet anymore, first of all she is psychopath because one of our fast and hardworking Delivery rider outpouring a cup of drinking water to him in the pants he just wanted to drink water after he delivered order from costumers and going out thirsty because of the hot climate outside, second she'd demanding the alone marination staff that before she came atleast 7am all the marinated chicken must done and if failed she will give a dayscut like that she always did to the marination staff, and the 4 supervisor trainee under her is she's always giving task but not teaching them, she likes that the supervisor trainee relying only to the papers without proper coaching to the trainer, i can see to the face of the supervisor trainee that they don't have happiness once Rosemarie Velasco talk to them because of her attitude problem, once the supervisor trainee are self-training to their respective station of their technical she always interrupted and giving task which is not belong to their technical, she's not helping the supervisor trainee to learn the technical station that's why all the supervisor trainee here in Doha KFC is late in their training calendar because she likes to delaying them in their respective training, and the ways she teach and speak to the supervisor trainee is with mixing discouragement and pulling down, she degrading them and embarrassed them infront of the staff, that's why as we observed majority of the staff here dont like to renew thier contract and searching another company which is no supervisor like Rosemarie Velasco's rude and psychopathic attitude. Hence she is very low moral on account of she has a relationship with previous Nepal nationality Assistant Manager here in Doha KFC with her full development of thinking that the Asst. Manager is Married man has a wife and children in Nepal, i think that is against the law of this company and she is breaking the law of marriages and commitment. Even if that Asst. Manager is before expected time is transferred another store but she has guts to affair that man House because thats man leaving out to the company's accomodation, she Rosemarie Velasco is very often to lived in company's villa in Thumama and now particularly living that man's House near in Doha KFC, the problem is she is always coming late to her work schedule at 7am sometime she comes at work and logging in at 8am to 9am which is very unfair to the staff.

I have tried to bring this issue to your attention with as much high priority level. It is, therefore, my wish that you try to find out what the problem is and act on it in the best way possible. We love working here, and We know that this is a company that holds true to employee wellbeing. As such, We trust that you will handle this matter amicably.

We wanted a bucket of thighs and legs with 2 large sides plus a side of wings. The clerk said he could give us a better deal. Turns out the so-called better deal was dried out chicken that sat in a warmer way to long and not what we ordered. Careless, no manner employees at your ogden, utah location . I waited more than 20min for a 8 piece family meal which was never given to me, since they forgot about my order. Asked for my money back and was treated in a horrible manner. I wasn't offered a meal, drink or any kind of apology from any employee at your store. I will not be returning to your store anytime soon.

Hello, I was sitting in the drive-through and was my turn to order as ordering for popeye's and Large order of wedges and they told me to pull up to the window I waited 20 Only that were out of potpies. This was at 6:30 PM on Thursday 35, 2019. I find that to be very irritating. They have always had me pull up so they could make them but this time I didn't get anything. We paid $50 for two chicken tender meals and would told it would be about 5 minutes. They asked that we pull to the side. After 15 minutes we went inside to figure out what was going on. We are disappointed and shocked at the wings we ordered from KFC Wetton drive through

My word..3 wings had only tasteless batter NO CHICKEN ON IT..and undercooked.. no taste.
IS THIS THE NEW STYLE AT KFC BONE WINGS TASTELESS WITH UNDERCOOK BATTER

And rest was smelling..stinking infact.. under cook..and the smallest wings..EVER...bones on wings

Shocking how no one answers the phone at the KFC

Look at the quality your staff serves loyal customers.

You'll should be embarrassed .
Next time advertise to your Customers that wings have no chicken on it..and you'll camouflage it with tasteless thick batter.

Also if I wanted fish smelling chicken bones I would have went to a Fishery Shop...

1) chicken pieces were shrunk, & dried, looked like they had been sitting in oven for to long. almost choked. 2) the order was wrong I clearly stated 2 breast, 2 quesaritos, & a large box of wedges. what I gs 3) line was long I waited about 15 minutes to order, 30 minutes to get my food. 4) rude customer behind me threatend me over taking a couple of extra seconds, to look at menu. everyone laughed.

Complaint concerning food quality at Jefferson City to 37760. Purchased family meal at 4:30 pm on Saturday 11-23-19. Chicken was horrible. So burnt that the breading was black. KFC gift cards

I have 2 gift cards that i can't use they were given as gifts to me from my grandson. they have cash on them when i call to check.
But when I go to restaurant to use them they don't work! the casheir tries a second time no dice, she then calls over a supervisor and he does the same thing, tries it twice no dice ask for cash.
Don't have the cash that's why i was using card!
they give no # to call or person to talk to. any suggestions

I ordered the $20 fill up meal that was supposed to be extra crispy. The chicken tasted like it was days old and was absolutely disgusting. The large sides should be classified as individual sides they aren't even filled to the top. The entire meal found its way to the trash can. KFC super mega deal spicy

Thiss consider this as complaints.

This is the second time i faced the problem which rm time of delivery updated online.
Today i ordered one supermega deal, delivery time i clearly mentioned 8.30 pm in site.
My order no [protected]. Delivery boy delivered at 6.30 pm. I rased a complain and they admitted their fault. And told me they call me back.
Till now no one responded. Since the food is now not hot and not crispy, i am going to put in micro owan to make them hot and eat as my son is hungry now !
We r very disappointed... !..

I just received fresh one at 9.30 pm from delivery boy, and gave back old one.

On November 13th for Dinner I ordered a 16 piece meal that comes with 4 large sides. I came at 9:45 Google says open until 10:30. You were out of original chicken. I ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and a large meat dew. Was charged almost 9 dollars. I was given a med my dew, 2 chicken little sandwiches. One is grilled to death hard and dry, the other is a wing with BONES on a bun !!!
