I work two and sometimes 3 friday evenings per month & for the past 16-18 months I have stopped each of those evenings @ the kentucky fried chicken store on rte. 140 in tilton, n.H. Around 8:30 p. M at the drive-up. Each time I have ordered 10 original wings (and if not available all in original, I am offered extra crispy or whatever as a substitute). Tonight, upon placing my order, I am told it will be 25 mins as that is a special managers offering. My response is "how about extra crispy?" and I got the same response (25 mins as that is a special order also). Upon inquiring as to why I was able to purchase these same items each friday for the last year and a half, I once again was told that was a special order and will be 25 mins. Needless to same I left extremely displeased (enough to write you this letter of complaint.) even though I find it extremely hard to believe that there wasn't a single wing in either original or extra crispy in the restaurant... This event has left me "pissed off" enough to reach out to you and question as to whether I will continue purchasing there. You offer a great product but all businesses are represented by the people dealing with their customers someone might want to address this event. Skip dubois
