I have eaten at this store 11 times in 5 months. I have ordered extra crispy each time and each time was told they were out. Now I find out this store doesn't sell extra crispy. I have been there the last three nights in a row. 5:45 pm, 6:15 pm, and 6:45 pm respectively. Each time I ordered an 8 piece bucket of extra crispy. Each time I was told they were out. They over cook the chicken which makes original recipe dry. The extra breading on extra crispy keeps is more moist with the over cooking so I decided not to order anything since they claimed to be out. On the 3rd night in a row that they didn't have any, alI asked if they even sell it. The manager said they don't keep it cooked because not many people ask for it. Well, not many people ask for it because they don't ask people if they want "Original or Crispy". When you order chicken, you automatically get original. If you ask for crispy, they will tell you it takes 45 minutes to cook it, and ask if you want to wait. They cook all the biscuits at once so when you get one, they are hard and crumbly. I saw a man take out 3 sheets of biscuits all at once and each sheet had 48 on it. It was 2:30 in the afternoon. No wonder they are hard at 5:15 when people get off work. They never, ever have butter or honey packets either. I've only lived in this town 6 months and they haven't had honey the whole time. All the staff is very friendly, they just don't operate it to serve a good variety or a good product. This is probably why there is rarely very many people there. Until they start keeping extra crispy chicken in stock, I won't go back. The town I came from sold Extra Crispy three times more than Original. Please get them to cook the extra crispy, make biscuits fresh, and keep butter and honey! I miss your chicken.
