I just purchased two $5 potato bowl fill ups. I didn't get any utensils NOR any cookies. I have a total of 7 little pieces of chicken, which used to be a surface full! I got about 6 strands of cheese on top! I am so disgusted with this location...management has been seen hollering at staff and talking about lost food cost several times when I have been at the window. Something really needs to be done to improve this location!

Original recipe KFC has always been my favorite and I have been buying your chicken forever as I am 69. Bought a big box and drove home. When I opened it I found 2 small drumsticks and a thigh. KFC service

We went to KFC to get dinner tonight and arrived at 8:40, we waited in line til 8:55 and when we pulled up finally after waiting for 15 min on 2 cars the girl laughs and says "Were closed" not sorry, no apologies, just disrespectful and rude as can be! We have been eating and tolerating many things, new management over and over through the years but you need to have better customer service skills! I would not be surprised is you're profits were down this year because of poor customer service!

KFC service at kfc on emanuel church rd., west columbia, sc

Let me say that there is a KFC, a Popeyes, and a BoJangles within a mile of my house. We try to do business with KFC but they make it very difficult. Literally EVERY time we order from there they screw up our order. EVERY TIME. I don't know if the folks there can't hear, are on drugs or just don't care however it's impossible to get what you order from them. They even have a sign in the drive through window saying "Check your order before you leave"! It should not be the responsibility of the customer to verify the order, that;s what you pay them for. Have you ever tried digging through boxes of chicken in your car, after dark at a drive through to verify orders. That is simply stupid to expect that of people. The service is unacceptable. You have a good product so it's a shame the help is costing you business.

My son and I ordered two famous bowls through the drive-thru this evening and when we got home we were both very disappointed. Our nuggets were sparse and as small as gum-balls. We couldn't find the cheese and it was overpacked with mashed potatoes. My son initially wanted the kentucky fried wings, but there was a 15 minute wait. Unacceptable! This was the worst famous bowl I have ever had.

KFC senior citizen discount

Hello. I am writing and complaining that I was told that the corporate office of KFC sent info out to all stores to discontinue senior citizen discount. I and many more feel that that's unfair to us seniors. 10% discount won't hurt any KFC, but it helps us seniors. The pieces of chicken have gotten lots smaller and our Favorite $5.00 Fill-Up has the price raised to $5.49. If the prices are raised, at least put decent sized pieces of chicken in the box, and give us Seniors back our Senior Citizen Discount. That's why your business at KFC is going down. KFC drive through

So yesterday my family went to KFC to get the 20 dollar fill up..we ordered an extra side of tators baby's..were told to pull up the tator babies had to cook.nfter 10 minutes of waiting a young lady brings our meal..we live, in the county about 17 Mike's from KFC..once we got home ..our 20 dollar fill up meal was great..but I paid for tator babies..and was told to wait on them to cook..they never did give us tator babies..I will tell you I called them..no compesention. If any kind..just..I'm sorry that happened to you..I'm very dissatisfied I was gonna use them at Christmas but I will now go to Bojangles..this was a bunch of BS..n these people want 15 an hour..really for what...I promise I want go back..this happen in Enterprise Alabama

Me and my husband went to KFC to get the buffet at 545 pm. There was no chicken nor slaw. And the couple of pieces of chicken that we DID have.. were not done..we were very disappointed.
