The service at this KFC location is terrible or non-existant. Placed a carry out order on 12-7-19 and waited for 45 minutes for my order. My order was finally given to another customer. When I advised the manager of the problem no offer was made to prepare my order. The only responce was "sorry about that" and walked away. Asked the cashier for a refund and the manager was called and grudgingly gave me my refund and no appoligy for the mistake or attempt to correct the issue. I would been completely satisfied just to have the problem corrected and get my order. I will never visit this KFC again!
