The manager in question is your store manager rosco at the 301 w main st location in cabot arkansas. She is completely unfit to be a manager at any level. From not being able to make a new schedule that includes new employees to not being able to train correctly writing up new employees on their first mistake. These write ups will never be made note of to the employee it is for till she is using them against them to hold them off the schedule for weeks at end. If an employee comes to the store to check and ask about the schedule after never getting a response they are accused of "showing their [censored]" for simply asking.in her most recent event on the number she uses and gives to employees to contact her if needed; her boyfriend calls and threatens an employee for trying to get a schedule that he has now not been actively put on in months then telling him to quit calling multiple times in a row threatening. This type of behavior can not exist in the food industry a service I take great pride in working and, as a former manager it saddens me to see the store become so shameful. For the sake of the store I hope something is done because rosco will run this location into the ground.
