no receipt and manager lied
Good morning
On July 10 Monday, we went to the KFC in Coral Springs Fl, store# G135319. We orderd the food, got the food but was never given a receipt. We searched for the receipt beefier leaving. We couldnt locate the receipt because she didn't gives us one, so my husband went back in and said we didn't a get receipt our meal should be free. The manager said oh this KFC doesn't participate in that. Yesterday we went to KFC in lauderdale lakes fl 33319, to buy food but unfortunately there was one worker and they had only got wings. That's insane y'all need to hire more people. My husband asked the worker about the receipt with free meal and he told us that the manger lied and every KFC participate. I want to my money back or I'm going to dispute with my bank.

air conditioning out/ poor working conditions
This is the second time in a week that I have been to the KFC on Union Hills in Peoria, Arizona. The air conditioning has been out at that location for a week. Customers do not want to go inside. The people working there are miserable. The temperature here in the valley has been 108- 118 during this time period. Many retired people visit this location and they cannot dine in, nor can they sit and wait. We complained and the person helping us pleaded with us to call corporate and complain. The integrity of the food is a concern as well. This location should be shut down until the AC is fixed.

Hi, I was just at this location maybe a half an hour ago. The service there was not something that should not be displayed in public. The workers were swearing at each other. The dining area was absolutely disgusting. A sticky mess. I didn't get my food until 10 minutes after i placed an order. Which is absolutely ridiculous. It was no way to act when there is customers in the area. I will never give my attention and or service to that again. I was absolitely disgusted with this service. Rate: 0 out of 10. Much needed improvement.

Thu, July 13, 6 pm. KFC at 4394 Montgomery Road, Ellicott City, Maryland. There were very few customers, but the wait time for a simple $20 fill-up meal and 9 pc. tenders was nearly 30 minutes. They did not give me my receipt (I later retrieved it so that I could complain - I was ticket #3694). They sent me out the door with no sauce. I went to car, realized there was no sauce, went back in. I ordered $31.80 in food, and they said I can only get 3 sauce packets. I asked for additional sauces, but they refused. Main cashier was indifferent.
Hate to compare KFC to Chick fil a, but seriously, you need much better customer service staff and may need to pay them more. Serving so few customers at meal time, but the reputation of this store is so very very poor that people don't come.
wrong order and was overcharged
Today I ordered lunch and was given the wrong items and the chicken was over cooked. I ordered the Georgia golden krispy chicken w/breast and msh/grvy and was given original chicken with wedges. I also ordered the $ 5 meal w/breast and was charged extra for chicken that I didn't want. Tried calling the number on the receipt and number stated was disconnected [protected] and found another number online [protected] this was also disconnected. I would like for someone to contact me asap possible either by email or phn [protected]. This very unaccepatable. I paid over $21 for some food I didn't even order.
I am an employee
I got hired about two monthes and was promised atleast twenty hours a week, I have never missed a day of work and one day I had an emergency with my braces about three weeks ago braught a note in and was still suspended for a wekek . So a week and a couple days later I go back I work a full week even come in on my days off worked a Saturday two weeks ago was my last shift. I asked about the upcoming schedule and was lied to about it being made the manager hid it, come to find out I only have one day and when I asked why she gave me all these excuses about availability and then aparently my attitude (when I asked why she never talked to me about it she couldn't tell me) just kept mumbling so I got the district managers number, Ken and I called him a week has gone by I never heard back from neither. I haven't been fired and I have not quit . I go in this past Monday to talk to her and Ken happened to be there and told me they are in between changing management and he advised me to look for other work when I asked why he said that the store is full... mind you two people were hired after me and are still working there... I haven't been treated fairly and I don't appreciate it. I couldn't pay rent on time and was lied to from this company regarding hours I would be given and all I was told was I wasn't caught up in a mess... a mess of my manager who wasn't getting fired what doesn't that have to do with me ? This company is nothing but liars I wouldn't recommend working for them and I have yet to be reached out to regarding these matters just told to wait to hear from them.

Stopped at the Rose Street KFC location on the North Side of La Crosse, Wisconsin to get a 2-piece meal deal and was told they only had wings (told to me through laughter by the attendant). They basically had run out of everything! So much for their aggressive ad campaign they are doing on TV. Will never darken the door of a KFC again. Why waste my time? Wish we had a Popeye's around here.

The biscuit was cold and hard. The chicken strips were hard and rubbery. Also green beans and macaroni and cheese(which tasted bland) were my side items but there was no fork provided. The female who took my payment at the drive thru window was not rude but was not friendly either, and did not greet me. She did not confirm my total once I got ready to pay she just took the cash from my hand. If I was not on my lunch break and actually had the time, I would've gone back to complain to the manager. I've had wayyy better from KFC in the past. I hate spending money and not satisfied with the food and/or service.
What is a shame is that someone who is old enough to drive can mistake being told no as rude. If you were arguing as well and you consider arguing rude you too were rude.

I visited our kfc 2720 keith st in cleveland, tn this evening. I ordered (2) $5 chicken tender boxes and a $20 fill up box. I paid with a credit card and signed what I thought was a receipt only later to find out from the manager (ann) that the piece of paper I signed was not a receipt. When I got home, approximately 7 min I noticed that there was only (1) $5 tender box and no cole slaw with the $20 fill up box. One of my children get their meal while I have to go back to kfc to get the other $5 box for my other child meanwhile my food is getting cold. When I arrive at kfc on keith st and let the same person working the drive thru (Alissa) that took my order of their mistake she asked me for my receipt. She never gave me a receipt when I received my order. I was told that there was nothing they could do without a receipt. I asked for the manager and that is when I found out that the piece of paper that I signed and the cashier put in her register was not a receipt again I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. I had to purchase another $5 tender box so I could feed my son. Oh yea and the cole slaw too bad. I do understand not all people are stand up people and you have to make a judgement call but I have a very nice vehicle and paid with a credit card so my time is more valuable than going through all this to steal $5 from kfc! Just saying. Please train your employees well enough to fill a simple 3 item order and if the cashier adds to the mistake please take some responsibility and own up to the mistakes that were made by your employees and make it right.

The cashier disli had taken an order for 2 $20 fill up and didnt have crispy chicken and than have served out the original and waited more than 25 minutes for the crispy chicken to be done and the order got home cold do to the fact that she surved the original 30 minites before i even got the chicken there was a very long wait and its un excepatable on there endnot happy at all after they could not get it together until sherones did my order again i spent $50.00 everytime i come im not haply with this service what so ever

I am submitting this extremly serious concern for serious cosideration of KFC top management in Pakistan. I hope you will consider it as serious customer service issue and will address it on top priority basis.
- I am employee of UNITED NATIONS in Pakistan and I live in Rawalpindi. I often visit KFC Bahria Town Phase 4 civic centre branch along with other KFC branches in vacnity of Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This is second time and I have following observations which need serious resolution and follow up.
- Today dated 11th July 2017 exactly at 7;25 Pm ordered different meal options. The guy on counter never welcomed me, he had rude attitude and none of staff had name plates. My order number was 1045, and after waiting for almost 25-30 minutes order was not complete and guy at counter returned me money back saying it will still take 15 minutes to complete following order
- 2 affordable meals
- 2 chiky meals
- 1 chicken strips
I had my wife and kids of our guests who were visiting from UK.
Lady who claimed to be manager there tried to calm down the situation but the guy was seriously with bad attitude and bad mood. He insulted me and returned money in an insulting way. This is second time this customer service guy mis behaved and mis treated me.The facilitiy in Bahria town by no means looks like KFC, it has bad customer service, a lot of flies and dirtiness, staff without competencies and shame for customers.
I REQUEST YOU TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE CORRECTIVE MEASURES TO SOMVE THESE SERIOUS ISSUES, THAT PARTICULAR PERSON(who had no name plate and refused to tell me his name) SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE REMOVED FROM THIS LOCATION.
If no acton is taken I will be forced to take the matter to global KFC OR court in Paksitan as insulting behaviour by your staff is not to be compromised at all.

I just wanted to let you know that this website is more for people to warn other consumers and nobody from KFC will ever see your post here, so you won't get a response back. You should go to KFCs website and contact them through those channels. This website is more used to warn other consumers about bad experiences with a company/place and while smaller businesses may check this site out to see if they have complaints, a giant like KFC will never see this.

with reference to above order from kfc T. NAGAR, Chennai-600017, I would like to drag your focus on the order which I have placed with KFC.
I am frequent customer of KFC since long and I got surprised by this order first time as I have order 3 rice bowl with gravy and other food item.
The rice bowl was all waste of money as its half cooked, I dont know why this happen this time by kfc.
The rice bowl was not eatable at all. how they prepare and how they want somebody else to eat it like that
this was a very bad experience this time and I am not going refer and neither order anything now onward
drive thru
I entered the drive thru around 9:10 and asked for three #8s. I was told they could only make two so I pulled off. I returned about 5 minutes later to the same location to not even receive a welcome at the intercom. I said "Hello?", and still didn't receive an answer! This isn't the only time this has happened! This has also happened to my mother at the same location! The man working the drive thru name is Antwan. His girlfriend Jasmine was also seen waiting in the lobby and was distracting him from being able to effectively complete his job. There were no lights on the menu so people can barely see the menu at night and has been this way since the remodel was even done.

On 07/09/17 @ 7:10p.m. I visited the KFC at 2910 Clarksville Highway, Nashville, TN 615/242/9165. My ticket # was 1017. I ordered a 8 pc bucket meal with two large sides and added an additional side. When I arrived at the window the cashier Jessica was very rude. She slammed the window open and said $25.65 very rudely. No Please no expression no nothing on her face. I handed her $30.00 and she came back to the window and handed me my change. No thank you or anything! She was so pre occupied talking to her co-workers that she paid barely any attention to her paying customers. When I got home I called the manager of the store and her response to my complaint was...oh ok and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional! Very disappointed!

Broadmoor at 10111 No 3 Rd and Lansdowne Centre 5300 No 3 Rd. locations in Richmond both refused to accept KFC gift cards; in May and June respectively.
I contacted customer service online and received a brief return call from the Broadmoor location.
The respondent was very confused about the 2 locations and dates even though I had stated them as above.
The call was barely coherent. After trying to clarify the addresses and dates, he said, "I'll have to call you back".
He never did call back.
Lansdowne Centre location has never called.

I stopped by the KFC in Duncanville TX on my way home from work to buy the Nashville tenders with wedges and got burned tenders on one side and Cole slaw I purchased a drink and it was watered down with no taste
I had drove 45 minutes home and I was not going to return back to duncanville so I trashed the food
The service was poor and no customer should receive a burned meal even through the drive thru

I tried to call a specific KFC eight times. Someone finally answered the eighth time. He was rude and curt. The Conway, SC store moved a few blocks away and recently opened. I read the reviews and they were awful but thought hey, they have my favorite fried livers and gizzards. Well the very rude man told me they do not. Why would they take away one of the most popular items on the menu of the previous location. After all this I will stick with Maryland Fried Chicken. They have what I want. It's not as good as KFC but they are nice people.
shortage of food at kira road shell kfc
Hi i am living in bokoto white flats and have been using kfc on shell bokoto kira road from last 2 years. There is common problem of shortage of fillets and some time souses. I have called manager several time and told them about my compaint but they are not willing to accept it as per them due to more sale usually they are out of stock on mainly zinger. Food outage is normal thing during the night there is no effect of my that is why i am writing here please take notice

The chicken was terrible! We got the crispy chicken and it was dry and tasted like uncooked fish. The Mac and cheese we got was half filled and cold. The service took forever and there was nobody there. Worst experience we have ever had and we are very disappointed. Wont be going back to KFC. They say finger licking good? Well there is no way I am licking my finger after this experience. Something needs to be done about this and we possibly need to get our money back because it was terrible.
