The four members of the electrical section at Home Depot Orillia, Ontario, July 02 at 1:30PM were nasty, unhelpful, grudging, miserable and rude. When I finally got one of them to help with cutting some cable (after several had brushed me off) she told me that the store did not stock it, even though I informed her that it was a common product and I had purchased it from that same store on several occasions. Another male employee told me the same, until I pointed out the cable on the wire rack. He then told me there was not enough on the reel. I asked him to check to see if there was enough for my needs and, grudgingly, he measured it out and there was enough. The whole situation turned out to be a very negative experience and the one employee told me that there were a lot of nasty customers in the store that day.
Desired outcome: Make it a company policy that your store employees take a customer-relations course before setting them loose upon the public.
