Hello,
The past details on trying to get my package:
I ordered 6 jackets and 6 hats from a store on Eglinton Avenue in Toronto, back on April 30th.
Last week I received the 6 hats, from the shipping department through OPG.
I had no need to get involved with Purolator.
Discovering that the jackets were missing, I got worried and then decided to call the people who I ordered the clothing from, to find out what had happened.
· They gave me the tracking number.
· After getting this tracking number, I walked over to the Purolator office here at 800 Kipling.
I gave the clerk the tracking number and she said that the parcel was already delivered.
I told her that I did not get all the items ordered and that I was looking for some missing clothing.
She then did more searching on her computer screen and then proceeded to share with me that there was another tracking number linked to the tracking number I gave her.
I did not ask her what that other tracking number was.
· She said that there was another package pending, that the package was not yet there and to come back tomorrow after 9am to pick it up.
I think her exact words were that the package was still pending and still in transit
· I came back the next day as instructed by the same clerk who told me that the tracking umber that was linked to the other number was now no longer linked.
· The clerk also told me that all my items were already delivered.
· I asked for her name but she would share this with me.
· That is when I asked to put a trace on the missing parcel.
· And this is when I received an email saying they found the missing items and that I could come pick them up.
For the last 2 weeks I have been frantically running around, wasting my time and energy, talking to and writing emails to everyone I thought might be able to help me find my missing items.
No one, including the Purolator clerk could not tell me anything other than that my items had already been delivered.
I am now extremely upset and angry with Purolator.
On the one hand I am told that there is a parcel for me to pick up and then when I show up to your main terminal at 800 Kipling, I am told by the same clerk that it has already been delivered to me three times.
Even after giving her a copy of the email below from the trace I put on it.
Hello Dale,
Our records indicate your shipment is now with the terminal and is ready for pick up as requested. We will proceed with closing the trace once we see the shipment has been successfully picked up from:

I need action immediately from someone at Purolator so I can get the last items I ordered.
All I want is the items that I ordered 2 months ago, that appear to be now waiting for me at the Purolator Office to pick up, but for some strange reason, the clerk is not willing to help me do this.
Another reason for why I am so upset is that the items I ordered were gifts for my work colleagues and was purchased with money out of my own pocket.
If I had not put in a trace and discovered the found my missing items, I would still believe that my items were either stolen or lost.
Please help me.
