I purchased gas for my car + car wash from this canadian tire (#1117) on january 27th 2019 at 2:31pm and spent 50.91$ and I normally go to this gas station for my car wash + gas same time and never had an issue and I didn't realize that I didn't have my stamp card with me when I get my car wash so I went back the next day and advised the cashier at the canadian tire that I didn't have my stamp card with me and also I purchased the wrong car wash (complete) I would like to buy the higher one called supreme and I will pay the higher difference and the chasier just kept shaking her head and did not speak to me in english and kept speaking in french and didn't not help me, I advised her I don't speak french and she didn't care and said she only speaks french and I waited over 15min there at night in cold asking her to change this or call a manager and she didn't call no one and I advised her I will be filing a complaint to canadian tire and also if this doesn't get resolved. Nothing happened. I am very disappointed and will never go back to this canadian tire gas station and will advise all my family and friends of this incident and I will bring this incident to social media on facebook, instagram and also the cbc radio and to better business bureau. I want some to get back to me before I escalate this matter and this is not the right way to treat any customer. I spend over 50$ that day and I regularly go to this gas station and this is the way you guys treat your customers? I will wait for a response before I take this to the media.
