Cal-Am Properties review: Never return your calls and harass us

The park used to be a great place to live until Cal Am got ahold of it. Our park in Maplewood, MN (Rolling Hills) was beautiful with gorgeous trees, and they used to take care of our lawns by spraying them for weeds. If we ever had a problem or a question, we could call the office and speak to someone. Since Cal Am has owned it, they've come in and cut down 75% of the trees and no longer spray our yards. If you need to speak to someone in the office, good luck. She doesn't answer the phone and when you to the office, someone is in there, but they lock the door so you can't go in. They are constantly harassing us and keep raising our rent even though they aren't doing anything for us. We don't even have any amenities at our park, except for a rental room that has nothing in it.
