Well,
I love living in this mobile home park, it's beautiful, safe , local park staff & Residential manager have always been easy to speak with.
Lately, I 'm dealing w/ the feeling of being singled out by their higher Corporate staff. Doing what I could to resolve the issue, I single handedly replaced vinyl skirting and felt great about my efforts. Legal action was dropped by their representatives. Situation arose again a few months ago, Notices on my door, legal letters in the mail. I patch up whenever possible, especially, in this cold, stormy climate. If the skirting was suitable once, why isn't it now,? Yes, feeling anxious because my deadline to their standards is running out on Feb 21, 2025
Desired outcome: Discussion to see if they would like to purchase the mobile home and drop the legal activity and move on

For some reason, Corporate is after you, and they want to get rid of you. If your repairs were acceptable beforehand, then ask for written clarification on why all of a sudden they aren’t. Record everything and get ready to push back legally if it comes down to it. If it seems like they are trying to force you out, know your rights as a tenant and don’t let them boss you around into getting what they want without a proper fight.
