I recently made a purchase from CamperPartsWorld on 1/15/2023 with the order number CPW- ***. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication from the company since then. I tried to reach out to them via email on 1/24/23, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. I also attempted to call the number listed on the receipt, but all I got was a generic message before the call was disconnected.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to visit the customer service page to request an update on my order. On 1/25/2023, I finally received an email from CamperPartsWorld, but it was not the news I was hoping for. The email stated that my order had been canceled, but there was no explanation as to why. The only thing mentioned was that I would receive a refund within 7-5 business days.

I placed an order for an awning with arms on March 12, 2020 from CamperPartsWorld. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, shipping was delayed. Finally, in May, I received a package containing the awning and roller tube, but to my dismay, there were no arms included. I asked the driver about a second package, but he informed me that there was only one package and drove away without providing any paperwork.
After waiting for months, on October 20, I contacted CPW to inquire about the missing arms. They claimed to have a receipt that showed I received the complete order, including the arms. However, I still have not received the arms and have emailed them several times with little or no response. I even contested the issue with my credit card company, but they accepted CPW's receipt as proof that I received everything. However, the receipt was signed by a number, which was written in by the trucking company, and I did not sign it.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from CPW. They have completely ignored my last communication and have not provided any solution to the problem. I strongly advise against using CPW or their sister site, R/V Parts Country. These two sites seem to be one and the same, and they are trying to steal your money twice. Please be cautious and avoid these sites at all costs.

I gotta say, dealing with this company was a real hassle. I ordered a Penguin II 15K AC unit for my RV way back on 9/18/2020. The website said it was on back order and should ship within 6 - 8 weeks, so I figured I'd just have to wait a bit. They charged me the full amount that day, including taxes and shipping, which I guess is pretty normal. I mean, most companies want their money up front, right?
Anyway, I waited and waited, but by 12/21/2020 I still hadn't heard anything. I tried calling them, but all I got was a recording and no voicemail. So I sent them an email asking for an update. They got back to me and said that the manufacturer had everything on back order and they'd let me know if anything changed. Fair enough, I guess.
But then I found the same item at another company that actually had it in stock. So I asked for a full refund from CamperPartsWorld. And what did I get? Absolute silence. Not a peep from them. So I sent the request again, and this time they responded asking for my order number. I gave it to them, but as of 01/12/2021, I still haven't heard anything back.
Honestly, this kind of customer service is just unacceptable. I mean, how hard is it to pick up the phone or send an email? I wouldn't recommend dealing with a company that won't even bother to contact you back.

If you try to call their phone number, you will be directed to their website message system, and if you try to send an email, you will receive a "Failure Notice".
Let me share my experience with you. On June 27, I saw a web ad from Camper Parts World offering an A/C Unit for $682.00 plus a $60.00 shipping charge. However, when I went to their website on June 29 to purchase the unit, I could not find it at that price. I assumed that the ad had expired, so I went ahead and purchased the A/C Unit at the higher price of $786.99. They received my order at 4:45 PM Kentucky time on the 29th, just 15 minutes before they closed for the day.
Later that night, I saw the same ad for the A/C Unit at the same $682.00 price. Early on June 30, I sent Camper Parts World a message asking if they would honor the $682.00 price. I offered them two options: adjust the price on my order or cancel my order and I would re-order another one at the $682.00 price. I also told them that if they were unwilling to do either, I would cancel the shipment altogether and buy one somewhere else. They had my message a full five and a half hours before the A/C unit was shipped, and my offer would have cost them nothing. However, they chose to ignore my message.
I sent multiple messages that day, tried calling, and tried emailing, but nothing worked. At 2:31 PM Kentucky time, a full five and a half hours after they received my messages canceling the order, I received a message from them telling me that the shipment had shipped. The problem was compounded because Camper Parts World did not require a signature upon delivery, so FedEx simply dropped the shipment in my driveway. I intended to refuse the shipment, but because of FedEx's delivery policy, I did not have the opportunity. FedEx would not return the A/C unit without Camper Parts World's authorization, and if I wanted to return it, I had to pay the shipping cost.
The credit card company required that the A/C Unit be returned before they would allow me to dispute the charge, so I had to pay $405.26 in shipping costs to return the A/C Unit. If Camper Parts World had authorized FedEx to return the A/C Unit, the cost to them would have only been $103.61 due to their corporate shipping rates.
I believe that Camper Parts World acted vindictively by ignoring my cancellation request and forcing me to pay the return shipping cost. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. If you have any problems with your order, Camper Parts World will not provide any customer service and will not help you in any way. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your camper parts needs.
