My battle to close my account started in August, the service was not working for all my customers and we spent hours with technical support trying to resolve the issue with no success. After numerous calls I finally succeeded in closing my account in sept but fees keep on coming out of my account. This morning they took $339 out of my account. The salesman told me their was no hidden fees, no cancellation fees and he never mentioned that I was actually contracting with 3 different companies and when you call they bounce you around the 3 companies and you end up spending hours and hours trying to obtain service. Now I'm out of approximately $500 and counting because they continue to go get money in my Comercial account!

Canadian POS was supposed to provide debit machine services to our company. Their debit machine were not compatible, so we never got service. The fee was supposed to be $15 per debit machine, we signed up in September and originally we were ordered two machines, but had to exchange them because the were not compatible for another machine (1 unit) which was also not compatible. Since September they have charged us over $409.40 without having service. Last charge on December 1st was $126.50 weeks after we signed the cancellation and returned all devices. It is impossible to reach anyone to get support. Numerous emails have been sent without having any call back and resolve the issue.

On March 9 they debited my account $50.95. An attempt was made, on their part, to send that money back to me via e-transfer but I cannot access it because I wasn't provided with the password. I have spoken to both Robyn M., who is my sales representative and Stephen in customer service on numerous occasions. It is one excuse after another about why I cannot get my money. First I was told that my account number was entered incorrectly on their end so my money was sent to the wrong or non-existing bank account. I was then told that I would have to wait 7 to 10 days from the date my bank rejects the deposit. It has been well over that amount of time. When I called today I was told that it will be another 7 to 10 days. I was told that a manager would call me back. I am done waiting. I NEED my money.

Hello, Please I have a major concern and complaint on Canadian POS issues. We got a call from this company late last year telling us they are a Canadian company approved to ease the burden of Canadian companies. However, we accepted the offer one of their representatives provided which appeared better than what we had. At that time, we had bought our POS and explained that it can be reused but their representative told us that their own processing terminal is free and their service is without any contract. Based on the information given to us on the phone, I personally emailed Karl M., the company representative, to go ahead based on our agreement. All our transaction details are as stated in our records. To our greatest dismay, the representative urged us to agree to an online document while on the phone with him and he instructed us not to print but he would send a copy to us. Now we realize when they began to charge our account that they have restructured the document and signed on our behalf. Please help and deliver us from their net. They started charging our account arbitrarily and when we called they told us we are into a non-cancellable contract for 48 months. The first charge we noticed apart from all other processing charges deducted thus far was on April 1, as stated in our records and ever since they never responded to any emails except phone discussions alleging us that we are in their contract. On February 18, Karl M. emailed us about their general policy, stating that Canadian companies choose them for value beyond payment processing and that they support many of Canada's businesses with the principle that clients are the most important part of their team. He also mentioned that they cover early termination fees billed by current providers for switching to their program. On February 27, I replied to Karl, asking him to proceed based on our agreement that the debit machine they are sending has an inbuilt inventory control/sales software included, tax calculation embedded with the software, and the monthly rental fee is $5 with transaction processing fees on credit card at 2 percent and 0.4 percent on debit with no other hidden fees and no contract. This communication is intended for the sole and exclusive use of the named recipient.
