Comment: Excellent, very good! We appreciate Canadys. They were prompt at responding to our AC service call. *** diagnosed and explained the problem, fix and range estimate. The staff was expeditious in confirming service and warranties from the manufacturer. Wished we had started with them from the beginning! *** did a great job. The system is repaired and even is quieter now than when the other company installed it.

The technician was outstanding! He called one hour before arrival. His promptness was notable. He explained exactly what he was doing. He gave us suggestions on future installations for an air scrubber and damper to help with allergies and longevity of the unit. He answered all questions with patience and understanding! For future maintenance or installation, we will be calling Xanadus because the technician was excellent, patient, diligent, and even my Dobermans liked him!

Zachary and his crew 2 other young mem came out this morning arriving early...on time?...these young men did a very outstanding professional job...Hats off to them...very knowledgeable... and helpful in explain what we need to do with the new unit... Not taking anything away from Justin the plumber pro and Hal, they all were great...in the field they worked in... Will recommend their expertise and Canady's to people that may need this service...

HVAC service is 1st Class professional! Service *** is excellent, knowledgeable, well trained and very polite. This was my 1st annual HVAC check up on a new heat pump system installed summer 2020. Very thorough inspection, testing, cleaning of both the air handler inside the attic and the outside compressor coils, frame, and motor, including checking and tightening all the screws in the until to insure no vibration or balance issues. Job well done!

Full system removal and install in less than 4 hours. Dillon provided answers to all my questions and was very professional. They left the work area in a better condition than he found it. He had a great attention to detail. Very highly recommended. I'm pleased with the level of customer service I've experienced so far! The warranty provided is a nice bonus. They even made sure I was cool prior to the installation by providing window units free of charge. Who does that? Canady's does, that's who!

I reached out today for a system checkup, calling the company that previously serviced my HVAC, but they failed to show up twice. Within 10 minutes of sending a request to a local heating service, I received a call and they were tending to my equipment within 3 hours. Their technician was thorough and professional. They've earned my future business. I had no major issues, just sought a system check for potential problems.

Needed service call for air conditioning unit with icing. Their service representative *** called us back Sunday evening providing instructions to safeguard the system. Today (Tuesday) he arrived, spent well over an hour assessing the system. He could not locate a problem. Tested everything. And remained in place until the system was fully operational. He did not charge for a service call but told us what to look for and to call if additional issues arise. Superb service. Dependable and trustworthy company. Highly recommend.

Canaday's service is remarkable. The team came to our home uninstalled the old unit and installed a new unit complete with a new Air Handler in the attic. The team worked together like a well-oiled clock, lol. They took the old equipment away and cleaned up before their departure and made sure we understood how the new system worked. Thirty days after completion, we called them because we needed adjustment with the air conditioning and received a response within an hour. We love our new system, Kudo's to Canady's for a fantastic job!

This company over charges its customers. They tried to charge me $1,200.00 to replace a toilet *** and wax ring. I asked them why it cost so much, he told me that I was paying for the man power because it took two people; took some time for the glue to dry; they had to HVAC the water out of the toilet, I was also paying for the truck and equipment plus parts, supplies, and labor. I said no thank you and paid them $39.99 just for coming out. The next day I called someone else and he came out (one person) put the glue on which took about 30 min to dry, parts and supplies were around $30 and labor $45 altogether he charged me $75.

Since having Canadys instal 2 new HVACs in February 2022, I have called them to my home about 3 times. This was more about questions rather than complaints. *** has been the technician on each occasion. Each visit has been very professional; each time successfully addressing my questions.I have found Canadys to be highly professional and customer oriented.*** is a knowledgeable HVAC technician; and very personable. Both are characteristics of good ambassador between Canadys and customers. He always takes time to listen ti me and explain the solution. I highly recommend Canadys to anyone wanting or needing a new HVAC.

I got an AC unit from Canady's and they installed it. The warranty had some rules, like they had to service it every year or the warranty wouldn't work. I tried to get it serviced twice in the first year, but they never came. When I told them, they lied and said they came but I didn't answer the door. I have cameras, so I know that's not true. Then they said they called to reschedule, but that's not true either. When my unit broke, they wouldn't fix it for free like they were supposed to. We had to pay another company full price. I left a message for a supervisor, but they never called me back. I want some money back for the repairs because they should have serviced it when I asked them to. The warranty thing doesn't make sense to me either.
