Service was very professional and friendly. Workmanship was impeccable. The only glitch was when I was informed, after old water heater had been removed, that I needed a $500 pressure regulator or manufacturer warranty on new water heater would be void. Additional cost beyond estimate. What choice did I have?

We are so pleased that we found Chesterfield Service! The customer service here is outstanding from the first call to our visit with Lloyd. Lloyd was so friendly and so informative. We had no idea they also do heating and cooling as well as plumbing. So I feel like we now have a one stop shop that we will definitely use in the future!

He suggested a couple preventative measures I can take the next time the temperatures drop as low as they were a couple weeks ago as well as suggestions to prime the hot water when I want to run the dishwasher during below 0 temps. I appreciate a repair service and a technician who take the time to do that!

I hired Chesterfield Service to replace a motor on our range exhaust hood. The motor was approximately $1,000 and Chesterfield Service did tell me that it would be nearly $600 to install it plus $150 for the initial service call. I assumed this job would take several hours to justify the $600 for labor over and above the service call fee. The job took about 30 minutes. I received a very weak justification for this exorbitant fee and was told this was a national estimate for how long this job would take. I was told that the tech tech expected the job to take longer which I know is not true as I was on my roof with the tech during the initial service call and saw that he had very easy access to the roof mounted fan. This tech knew clearly this would be a quick easy replacement. With the charge for the initial service call I paid about $1,750 for less than an hour of labor including the time spent on the initial service call and a $1,000 small electric fan motor. This is the first and last time I will use Chesterfield Service as a result of this price gouging.
CJ did a fine job and I would recommend him and his company to my closes friends and family. I called several companies and they could come by in 3 days. Going without hot water for 3 days was not an option. Great job.

I deducted one star because of the initial delay for service due to availability. Company was able to shorten wait time considerably when a cancellation became available. Floyd, who provided the service, was very professional and respectful in analyzing and explaining the problem with both our oven and dishwasher. I'd give Floyd an A+++ for his performance and service.

Very disappointed at the service received through this company
Very disappointed at the service received through this company. An ice maker was to be replaced; however, the correct part could not be gotton. They were in my home more than 5 times and could not get the correct part to hook up the ice maker. Finally, I was so disgusted, I told them to stop trying. The people were nice but the service extremely poor, and the knowledge of the technicians was lacking to say the least. So, after 2 months, I am still cracking ice. ugh!

They texted ahead of arrival, including a photo of their representative(s). Next day noticed a small problem and notified their office. Their technician was dispatched and arrived within 45 minutes. Identified the problem and provided correction. You can shop for a cheaper HVAC service, but you can't get BETTER SERVICE, at any price.

Chesterfield Service was a pleasure to work with. Customer service polite and thorough from discussing the problem with our washer to setting appointment and keeping us updated. Dave M. was equally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything out and came to realize it was an electrical issue with the outlet or the circuit breaker. Plugged it into another outlet and it worked. Dave went through the cycles to confirm there were no other issues with the washer. Should we have any more appliance issues, I will not hesitate to call Chesterfield Service.

They were efficient in their diagnosis of the plumbing problems. After some discussion it was determined that a new faucet was best. They will come back and installed a self purchased kitchen faucet. While they were here we talked about other possible/potential plumbing issues and possible solutions. Both were very knowledgeable and provided good insight. They will be back to install faucets at a later date.

Did the check up on our furnaces, had a couple of recommendations for us to consider, printed out a receipt for me then left. Practiced all COVID 19 safety guidelines and cleaned up any mess he had created in the basement. He also answered a view questions I had about the upstairs thermostats. I like doing business with Chesterfield Service, I always feel they do what they say they are going to do, are polite, neat and don't try to sell me things I don't inquire about.
