I'm facing a problem for past 6 months. I register my mobile number with my bank account and i received all the transaction details but if open the canara bank app it shows the number is not registered and also in Bank they said you have to call customer care regarding this issue. And if i contact the customer care number the call is not connected.

I inform that present Mulbagal bank manager in hands with bank lawyer Dayananda are looting people in giving loans by taking money for each loan. This lawyer takes money by fixing loan amount and give legal opinion and give money to bank manager. This lawyer is husband of Tayalur bank manager and he has left his wife and children. He cheated her also. Kindly remove such people from your prestigious bank. He did not give me legal opinion after he was told by his colleague nooridue to personal issues and thus my loan was not sanctioned in your bank. Kindly take action against such people

I am a retired pensioner of s.rly tpj division. My ppo was generated by the southern railway park town Chennai and sent to pao cppc canara bank ga wing basavanagudi bengaluru for processing and for payment of arrears and revision of pension. Even after five months no action is taken by the canara bank. The revision of pension and payment of arrears heavily delayed.ppo no.[protected]

As I have ordered from Amazon through credit card option on Aug 9th. On same moment for some issues I have cancelled my order . Amazon have sent the refund from their site. Dear Sir,
Excess Debit charged from Savings Bank A/c No [protected] with Canara Bank, Dumdum
relating to credit card No: [protected]
One fraudulent transaction of Rs. 31456.96 was effected on 17/08/2017 without using the card, OTP etc and the same has been charged vide credit card statement Dated 25/08/2017. As a good gesture it was paid by me on 20/09/2017. Subsequently on investigation your credit card dept. Was refunded Rs. 30540.74 on 13/12/2017 leaving a balance of Rs 916.22 ( 31456.96 - 30540.74 ) in my favour.
Surprisingly after nine months the statement dated 30/06/2018 reflected Rs. 916.22 as debit in spite of credit and deducted from my Savings bank Account on 20/07/2018 forcibly and unilaterally without a single response of my various mails requesting for details.
I lodged a complaint with your Grievance Redressal dept. too under Reference : CRN - 1819AJ0721 on 20/07/2018 for clarification and they replied " Redressed and Closed" with no details.
I would therefore request you to look into the matter so that the refund of Rs. 1832.44 ( 916.22X2 ) may be arranged by Canara Bank at the earliest .

Today17.07.2018 I went to bank to take the statement of my loan account, when my work finished lunch time was started and the gate was locked.so I requested gatekeeper to open the gate to let me out. He said 'nhi khulega'3.00pm me hi khulega. Then I asked why? He said ye rule hai nhi khulega, aapko jiske pas jaana h aap ja sakte ho. Then I approached to manager, he said aap samajh sakte ho wo log chhote post pe h m khulwa deta hu. Then he was busy in his stuff. After 5 min I again approached him then he called gatekeeper to open the gate.
Sir I am disappointed by management of hajipur branch. I think the manager is under pressure of guards he don't even scold the guard for his misbehave.

Hi.
I have been subject to extreme misbehaviour by Canara Bank Gariahat Branch Manager today June 21, 2018.
Earlier in the day, I had visited the bank with my father to transfer my account from their N.S. Road Branch to their Gariahat Branch which is closer to my house. There were two procedures which had to be carried out for this,
1. Transferring the account
2. Opening a new account with the new bank.
The first process was handled by the branch manager himself and was done very quickly and diligently and I quite appreciate the effort he put into it.
When I went to open the new account with another manager, she completely ignored me. And this happened three times.
During that time my father was sitting in the Branch Managers cabin where he was being explained about some policy. I went to him (my father) and mentioned that I have been following the lady to open the bank account and she is not even replying to me, and I felt it was too rude. The Bank Manager sitting in front happened to hear it and became furious about it and almost lost his temper at me and started humiliating me and talking to me in a very abusive manner in front of few of his employees. I believe this is not a way to behave with a woman and mostly a customer of the bank.
As the manager told us, apparently, the lady was worried about some air conditioning problem and hence she was not attending to me and running away without even answering or excusing herself from me, and since they did the transfer of my account from one bank to another asap, I should not complain about their customer service behaviour, because they did their job right.
Just because you did one job right does not mean you can abuse your customers. My complaint, which was not even a complaint and just a talk between myself and my father were not about them transferring my account from one bank to another, I have already appreciated that both in this mail and in front of the bank manager several times. My complaint was about the bank staff not being able to handle their clients respectfully and this was blown out of proportion by the bank manager is the most abusive way. She could have at least excused herself to me and it would be ok, even then I was fine with it as it was a trivial issue, though personally I feel responding to a client or excusing yourself if there is an urgent problem is a right way to behave. Its client and human courtesy.
The Bank Manager continuously kept bringing this topic up until he started to talk in a high tone which later grew to screaming at me in an abusive way about why i complained about this lady when she was busy fixing the air conditioning and when they had already transferred my account so smoothly I do not have any right to say that there is any lack of customer handling.
I repeatedly told him I appreciate his work but this I felt was rude and I brought it up with my father and not even you, and a customer has every right to bring a point up if they things it was not right. He went on harping on it, screaming and misbehaving. Being a woman visiting this bank with my 73 years old father, I was too scared by his behaviour. I and my father literally started to tremble because of his misdemeanour and did not know what to do then than to leave the premises as his fury was just too much to handle.
I do not think he is suitable to be a bank manager if this is how he treats his customers. He has literally harassed a woman by his words and a senior citizen today, which I'm sure is against a lot of laws in India, and it is quite disheartening to see a man like this to occupy such a chair.
I have a lot of my and my families money stuck in this bank and we are very scared to go back because we do not know how he might treat us next.
I would earnestly request someone to help us out with this problem, and help us take all our savings out of this bank and transfer it to our other bank where we at least feel safer physically.
I really hope it can be dealt with in the best fashion, and someone would help us to get all out money out of this bank as soon as possible because we cannot think of being able to maintain any future relationship with Canara Bank.

rejecting deposit of coins
I went to deposit coins at Canara Bank jamshedpur Golmuri Branch, They use to accept the coins earlier but from few days an employee name Manoranjan Rath just rejected deposit of coins to the account.
I want to know what should I do with the coins if I am getting it from the market and what about the employee who just ordered not to accept coins.
How it possible to use coins as alot of coins in market and bank ignoringif we move in with coins.

Actually I am applied the global card and I am using this card right now in Russia out of India. And first time card limit is only 4000 rupees, so I contact with Canara bank customer care and I told you increase my global card limit but that time now my card limit is 2000-2500 rupees. behaviour of branch manager mr. chandan ghosh
I would like to draw attention towards the responses of Branch manager Mr. Chandan Ghosh, Canada Bank, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi . When I went to the bank for withdrawing money from my account I asked for the withdrawal slip as I was not carrying my cheque book. The officer gave the withdrawal slip after verifying my pass book and asked to get it signed by the branch manager. He started talking in a very rude tone. He said that who has sent me to him. When I told him that your staff has only asked me to do so, he told me that in previous week only I had withdrawn the money using withdrawal slip and he will not allow me to withdraw any money now. He also asked me that i should again go to the officer for why has she sent me to him . the instructions / procedure told by the officer did not match the process mentioned by the Branch Manager. It's so ironical that I had not withdrawn any amount in previous week or in fact from past six months. He told that i will not allow the money withdrawal from my own account. I simply asked him to mention the reason in writing. When I told him that he is having some misunderstanding and he should check the details he started saying that I should not talk like this. Moreover after taking the token I went again to him to get the withdrawal slip signed. He made me wait for 5 min and was engrossed in talks over his mobile phone. Again he did not signed at the proper place then the officer cooperated and went to the manager to get the signatures at proper place.
The behaviour and attitude of Mr. Chandan Ghosh was very harassing and non cooperative.
I appeal to have a cooperative and cordial attitude from Canara Bank officials .
always refusing to check transfer for other branch

I am filing a complain against the branch of canara bank, nsez (ifsc code : cnrb0002403) branch. I always go for a cheque transfer with the same branch as I have my account in canara bank nehru place branch. They always refuse to take other branches cheque and harassing a customer of their bank.
I really do not know why they are doing this to us as we are the customers of their bank and today all branches are cbs branch. Then why the government giving them these facilities sitting in ac and doing regular talkings. But refusing a cheque transfer of the same bank and this is many times even with my collegues all have same problem with this branch.
This is not acceptable and please do something for this canara bank, nsez branch.
