Absolute cheats, how they are in business I do not understand
They are selling non hallmarked gold as hallmarked gold. Once you receive the jewelry and see it is not hallmarked as claimed by customer service, they are refusing to take the jewelry back. There is no customer service. There is no one ever who answers the phone. If they ever respond over whatsapp, they refuse to accept anything. They flat out refuse to take the jewelry back though website says 15 days return period. Run from them. Report them to the govt of india.
Recommendation: RUNNNNNNNNNNN. Do not ever buy form them. This is not hallmarked gold. They are lying.

Furthermore, they told her that once we buy a product online, we must ship it back to them for repairs or replacement, as they will not accept returns in-store. Later, when I received the delivery of the chain on 6th September 2020, I found it to be very thin and decided to return it. I contacted their customer care and requested for a return. I was offered some other designs for exchange, but none of them pleased me. I was also frustrated with the time it took for the delivery, and it appeared to be one of the slowest deliveries.
Additionally, when they asked to deduct 10% of the total amount as per their policy, I was left with no other option than to return the product. Eventually, the return pickup was done on 10th September 2020. I waited for the confirmation or update on the return, and on 15th September 2020, I had to connect with them for any information. They confirmed the return parcel only after 20 long days of waiting and numerous mail exchanges.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Candere By Kalyan Jewellers (candere.com) and I would like to share my thoughts and feedback on this platform. I had ordered an anniversary gift for my wife from the website and the payment was made via paytm gateway. However, after 3 days of making the payment, the amount got fluctuated in their account according to their email response to my query.
As I was worried about the delayed delivery of the gift, I requested to cancel the order. To my surprise, the agent who attended my call started abusing my bank and called it "Ghatiya" which was quite offensive and unprofessional. Furthermore, they demanded a 10% cancellation fee which added to my frustration and anger.
I feel strongly about this experience and want to warn other potential customers who are planning to shop with Kalyan or any other brand associated with Candere. My advice is to stay away from them, as they are just looting people's hard-earned money and treating their customers with disrespect.
In conclusion, I do not recommend Candere By Kalyan Jewellers (candere.com) to anyone and suggest finding a more reliable and trustworthy platform for your jewellery needs.

It sounds like the order has been delayed for over 25 days and has still not been shipped. When they reached out to customer support, they were only able to speak with one agent named Jitesh. Unfortunately, it seems that Jitesh did not provide adequate customer service and even made false promises about when the order would arrive.
It's understandable that this customer is incredibly frustrated with the situation. They have invested their hard-earned money into this purchase and expect to receive their product in a timely manner. The fact that they have been given multiple deadlines for delivery, only to have them all pass without any update or action taken, is unacceptable.
The customer has expressed their intention to escalate the situation legally, which is certainly within their rights. It's clear that they have been let down by this experience and do not plan on giving up until the issue is resolved.

I have give my earring for buyback policy they took my earrings not paid my amount and nor giving my earrings back , after so mail to customer service not responding. Now it becomes a month . They cheated me . I will file case candere . People don't trust candere, fraud company.

Due to being an out of state title and Covid, there have been delays. The dealership will cover any penalties or interest acquired as a result of the delays. We can also provide you with documentation to have should you be pulled over. We certainly understand your frustrations and assure you this is being handled as quickly as possible.
