I put in an order and paid for expedited shipping. Per the tracking I was sent, it will be here next week which will mean 2 weeks since I ordered. I sent a message to their customer service and the response was rude and essentially told me it was Canada Post's fault. They then tried to tell me it is 2-6 days nationally, which is stupid because based on time, not counting the weekends, it will be 9 days... I won't be using them again for sure, for their poor customer service and faulty advertising.

Canvape had a good selection and the website was easy to use. Shipping was pretty quick too, got my order in about a week. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that one of the packs had a broken seal, but the cartridges were still good so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would order from Canvape again.

canvape.com is aight, but they charged me too much for shipping. I had to go get my stuff cuz that's what they do, but they didn't tell me that before they took my cash.

Canvape is not good. They don't help with anything, and they don't take any responsibilities. Their customer service employees need to be fired and replaced with a better team. The product I got was expired, and it was a waste of money.

I been orderin' from Canvape for years now. They got all my vape stuff like mods, tanks, coils, batteries, chargers, and e juice. Prices are good and the customer service is top notch. If you spend over $100, you get free shippin' which is awesome. Checkin' out the clearance section is always fun. Highly recommend Canvape.

Me and my partner been shopping at Canvape for over 10 years now and we never had no issues. Some folks just can't be pleased no matter what. Canvape got a good selection of products and the prices are fair. We always get our stuff from the Scarborough outlet. TIM & HEATHER

I bought some coils for my vape from Canvape and they all broke within an hour of using them (I swear I didn't do anything wrong). I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they said they couldn't replace them because they were out of stock and there's no warranty. After that, they stopped replying and there's no phone number to call for help. I'm so disappointed and won't be shopping at Canvape again.

Canvape is the worst online store ever! Their customer service is so rude and they act like you should have known better. They treat you like you're stupid when you try to get back what they took from you. They didn't even send me what I ordered and they just laughed at me! It's a total rip-off! Don't waste your money here!

I tried to give back my broken vape but they didn't give me a new one or my money back even though it was under the 90 day warranty. They said they had to test it first. They also said it was over 90 days even though I had the receipt to show it wasn't. I never had such bad customer service. I'm going to buy from somewhere else and tell people not to buy from Canvape Barrie. They just wanted to find a reason not to keep their promise. The customer service was really gross.

Canvape is a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes they get things right, but other times they don't seem to care at all. I had an issue with a package that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I reached out to them right away, but they didn't do anything to help me out. When I complained, the staff was pretty rude to me. If they want to be successful, they need to treat their customers better. They always say they're not doing anything illegal, but I'm not so sure. You can't ship vape stuff between provinces unless you're a retailer. Canvape, can you explain that? I also asked for their tax license number to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, but they didn't give it to me. Overall, I'm not sure if I would recommend them.

I spent a lot of money on Canvape and told my friends about it, but they won't be ordering again. One of the bottles they sold me broke when I was pouring it into my tank and it ruined my geek vape mod. They only sent me a replacement bottle and didn't care about my ruined mod. They didn't offer me a discount or anything. I emailed them and got no response. I called and left messages, but they didn't answer until I called from a different number. The owner was rude and ignorant. He threw laws at me and didn't care about being a decent person.

I got some stuff from canvape.com in Jan and when I got it, I saw that the 2 *** XXXXX batteries were gone and the 2 tanks weren't like they said. I called them and they said they'd send the batteries but didn't give me a tracking # and I never got them. I sent the tanks and coils back and I had to pay for shipping, but they only gave me money back for one tank and the coils. They still gotta give me money for the batteries and the other tank. I ordered 2 vape kits from Canvape.com on May 2, 2022. They came in the mail on May 9. One of the kits had a broken security tape, which means it was opened before I got it. I told Canvape about it, but they said it must have happened during shipping. That's impossible because the box was really secure and the tape was completely broken. I sent them a picture, but they still said they would never sell an opened kit. I want my money back and they can send me postage so I can return the vape. This is a serious problem because they can't sell vapes that have been opened. The other kit is good, but they need to take responsibility for selling a product with a broken security seal.

I got 8 rolls of Nichrome 80 wire 2-28/36 from Canvape. They dispatched it on August 1 and I received it on August 3, 2022. However, they sent me only three of what I ordered and the other five were the wrong size. I attempted to contact them on August 8 via voicemail and email, but they claimed I was too late for a return. Yet, their policy states I have 90 days to be satisfied with my order. I seek to exchange the five incorrect rolls for the correct ones I purchased. I've already paid and don't seek a refund. They should provide a label to return the incorrect items and send the correct ones. They sent two emails blaming me for not verifying my order promptly, but their policy doesn't mention this. I want to return the five rolls of Nichrome 80 wire 2-26/36 shown in the picture and receive the five rolls of Nichrome 80 wire 2-28/36 I originally paid for.
