June/2020. Brad came to my rescue today and I am so appreciative. I called on Friday night around 3:30 when I couldn't close my door. He was busy of course but assured me he would arrive at 8:00 Saturday morning. To me the door looked like it needed to be replaced. He got to work, had a needed part and was done in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable at his trade and even fixed up a couple of other problems. I wouldn't call anyone else. Canyon Springs Overhead Door is the best!

I found Canyon Springs Overhead Door on Google, from what I told Brad the problem over the phone, he didn't think I needed to replace the motor like others told me. Sure enough I didn't and it ended up costing me a fraction of what I was quoted. I was so glad I found Brad. When we decided to use the double garage door as well, we called Brad again, Same quality, honesty and ethical work. I will definitely call Brad again in the future if I ever need help with my doors. I highly, highly recommend Brad. You won't be disappointed.
Called Brad on a Friday. He came by early Saturday morning, even though he was preparing to leave for ***. Repaired my broken spring and replaced the bushing within an hour. Door works like new. Very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic and pricing. When you need garage door repairs, call Brad.
Brad is “the best" repair person anywhere. He worked out a problem over the phone with my son. Who does that. I will continue to call Brad for anything to do with a garage door. Very professional and friendly.

Even though he could not repair it for me because my garage door used an old system and he didn't have the parts, he gave me the company's phone number and helped me tell them what's exactly wrong, which I have no knowledge at all, and he also helped me remove my car out of garage so I could drive my car to work again. When I asked him how much I should pay him, he said it was free, I was deeply touched by his honesty and professionalism. I will highly recommend him to all my friends. Today a guy from the company that Brad helped me find came and fixed my garage door, good service. Thank you, Brad, from the bottom of my heart.

What can I say. Brad was awesome. Our garage door broke in the morning. I was in a panic and didn't know what to do. I called Canyon Springs based on the reviews I had read and boy am I glad I did. Brad was able to swing by that afternoon and confirmed that the spring was gone. After discussion we decided to change our system to a torque set-up. Brad said he would be by the following morning at 9am to install the new Spring and components. Brad arrived 10 minutes early and proceeded to install all the new parts, lube all the door hinges and ensure that the motor travel was set correctly. It is truly a blessing to find an individual who still respects customer service and takes pride in his work. I will have absolutely no reservations in referring him to anyone who asks and will definitely call him again if we have any issues. Thanks again Brad! Cheers, [Your Name]
