Unfortunately, my enrollment process and enrollment counselor molly dreblow, was not a wonderful experience. I wasn't given the opportunity to choose my classes they were chosen for me. I was informed of my classes the day class started so I did not start classes or meet with any course educators, I felt rushed and overwhelmed. As an older woman returning to school in itself was overwhelming enough. I asked for assistance in changing careers, I was met with its to late to change, she said I had to continue, no there are no courses that could prepare me for the health field as I inquired, also no suggestion or solution was offered. I was left guessing of other alternatives that were met with no answers. I asked if there was someone else that could better assist me, she had someone call two days later just before closing I was told it was to late to assist me, I then that asked that person if someone could call on the following monday, she condescendingly repeated my question someone will call you on monday. This was a defeating experience and no longer want to attend capella no person should have to experience this.
Desired outcome: do not want to attend this school and return financial aid it was not used and classes were not started
