This dealership sold me a Brand New CTS CADILLIAC with RUST ON THE MOTOR. I didn't know until about 2 weeks later when I lifted the hood. I took it back to them and wanted another car or a refund. They told me they couldn't do either, but they would fix it because my car was still under warranty. I told them I know that when there is rust on anything, it has been in water. They had the audacity to tell me it comes that way. I am a female, but I am not stupid. I WAS SO UPSET I LEFT AND CALLED CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND DIDN'T GET ANY HELP FROM THEM EITHER BECAUSE THEY WERE FOR THE DEALERSHIP. I FINALLY LET THEM REMOVE THE RUST at the expense of using my warranty. Don't do business with them because they are a dishonest company.

I got my oil changed at Capital Cadillac in April. After that, we went on a road trip and on the way back, the truck started making knocking sounds and running poorly. So, I took it to Heritage Cadillac to have them check it out. They told me that the engine was completely ruined. This isn't the first time Heritage Cadillac has treated me like this. They messed up a brake job for me before.

I went to Capital Cadillac because my car was making a noise. They replaced some parts and charged me $1579.11. After leaving the service center, the noise was still there. I returned to the service center and they kept my car for 4 days. They charged me an additional $930 to change more parts. I picked up the car and drove 3 miles, but the noise was still there. They still haven't refunded my money.

I bought my 2021 Cadillac Escalade on February 20. Within the first two weeks and a few times after that, I've had to bring my vehicle back to the dealer service department because of the "low tire pressure light." And just this morning, I had to take it back again because of the service light. Every time, they don't do anything at all. The service agent tells me that there's something wrong with the new Escalade, and my vehicle isn't the only one with this issue. I've been to the dealership about ten times now, and they haven't been able to fix it. I don't feel comfortable taking my family on trips in this vehicle because I don't know if there are any problems with it or not. I have to drive over 40 miles to the dealership, and I don't get any help. The sales consultant, ***, knows about these ongoing problems with the vehicle and the dealership.

11/22 My problems started in November . I brought my SUV to Capital Cadillac because the sunroof was leaking. But less than 30 days later, when it rained heavily, my front floor got flooded. I immediately contacted the service department and sent them pictures of the problem. They were rude and told me to bring the SUV back in. They said they fixed it, but then on another rainy day, water came into my car again. I contacted the service department once more, and at first, they said they weren't responsible for the leak. They even said I would be charged if I brought the vehicle back in. I had a heated discussion with the Service Manager about this issue. They told me to get my vehicle repaired somewhere else and if the other shop found the same problem, I would be reimbursed. So, I did as they said and submitted the invoice from the other repair shop. But when I followed up with the Capital Cadillac Service Manager, they told me I wouldn't be reimbursed.

I bought a car from Carvana about 11 months ago, and there's been something wrong with the engine since I got it. There are two different sounds coming from the front and back of the vehicle. I've contacted Carvana, Silver Rock, and Capital Cadillac multiple times, but I'm still facing the same issues. Three mechanics have told me that I need a new engine, but they refuse to work on the car and suggest I take it to the dealership. I've taken the car to Capital Cadillac around 7 times, but every time they give it back, the engine light comes back on. I've paid Capital Cadillac thousands of dollars, but they've only returned the car in the same condition. Not only have I missed work and lost multiple days of pay due to this issue, but now the extended warranty is about to expire, and I'll be stuck with a car that needs a new engine (according to *** and other mechanics). I even showed Capital Cadillac a video of all three issues, but they still refuse to fix it.

The dealer be puttin' vehicles on their website that ain't even at the dealer or already sold, and they ain't lettin' folks know that the car ain't for sale. I went through the whole Shop, Click, Buy process, and the dealer checked my credit three times and asked for my personal info to be uploaded on their website. They even set up a time for me to pick up the car, but turns out the dang thing ain't even at the dealer and it's already sold. If the car's already sold, they should take it off the website so folks don't think it's available. And they shouldn't be checkin' folks' credit if there ain't no way to buy the car. The sales reps said they know about this problem. Dealers shouldn't be puttin' stuff on the website that ain't available, and they shouldn't have a website to buy stuff that ain't available either. Luckily, I called the dealer before I went to pick up the car I bought online, and they told me it's sold. They also shouldn't be checkin' people's credit if there ain't nothin' for sale 'cause that messes with folks' credit reportin'. As of today, the car still shows as available for sale on the website, even after we talked on 3/15.
